Helpful staff, great hotel”
The staff at this hotel were really friendly and went out of their way to help us. The room was small but clean - and had a huge TV with loads of free movies. Nice to have access to the public bathroom and hot bath :) - as well as the bathroom in your room. Breakfast was good - Japanese style with lots of options (maybe some fresh fruit would make it even better!). Location wise - it is where it is. It's not really near mount Fuji if that's what you're after - but there are good views of Fuji from the town. The town is very quiet - we struggled to find somewhere open for lunch, but there were lots of places open for dinner. The people in the town were the friendliest we've met in Japan :)

Although the location might be a little off main streets... the breakfast is a super plus (one of the days we had shrimps, yes shrimps! In the variaety of the buffet) and the room has good size in comprisson to jpan standards... the hot water is like boiling water so be careful, and also has a little blcony to see mount fuji in the morning...

The hotel is ok but the location is bad is too far from mount fuji. No there nothing to do in that place, is a small town and everything close early. If you want to go to dinner there a good 7 eleven and that's it. Good service, good breakfast, room is small but comfortable!!

I always use it”
I often stay here on business trips with my boss. The best feature is definitely the breakfast. The side dishes never change, but there is a wide variety so I'm never bored. Tea is free, but water is charged, which is a bit cheeky (you can make your own cold tea). There are plenty of wireless routers, but personally I find the wired LAN more useful (there are cables, but if you unplug the room key the hub goes down and you can't use it). There are some minor complaints, such as being a bit far from the downtown area, the unit bath in the bedroom being raised higher than the floor and the step being a bit of a hindrance, and the shower in the large public bath being lukewarm, but considering the price, it's very reasonable. It's recommended by local workers.

There was only one cup provided for a double room, and when I asked the front desk they said they only provide one cup even for a double room. We borrowed an extra cup for breakfast, but they should have added an extra cup when they knew there would be two people staying. There was also no complimentary tea bag service. It was disappointing to see cost-cutting measures in various aspects.

この近場に勤務先拠点が数ヶ所あるのですが、近年出張の際大半の社員がここを利用しているとの話。部屋はまあ普通ですが一通り揃っており、ややこじんまりとしていますが大浴場もあります。決め手は充実の朝食付きという点。人気があり満室のことがある点が惜しいとの言。

チェックイン。アウト共に手続きがとても楽でした。 お風呂も落ち着いて入れました。 シャンプー･コンディショナーの貸し出しは、いいアイディアだと思いました。 ただ管理が今ひとつ足りなかったと残念でした。

コスパが良すぎ”
館内は土足厳禁で、清潔感がありました。スタッフさんもテキパキとしており印象が良かったです。朝食場所や女性浴場が全体のキャパに対して若干狭いのでタイミングによっては使用しづらいです。しかし、その他は価格からしたら大変満足です。
