1. Hotel Location is 5 star 2. Accommodation cleanliness is main issue 3. Staff is not accommodating 4. Bad smell inside the room 5. They are not following RA 9442, You need to explain that the PWD discount is a RA to enforce them to follow. 6. I stayed from July 9 to 11,2022

45 Hotel was not my First choice,Cedar peak was, I was not comfortable with Cedar peaks staff cleaning the a/c when the guest was already checked in and eat hinggil them cleaning the a/c using the Vacuum Cleaner and whence we requested them today vacuum the floor because someone of the dust fell on the floor they refused,45 Hotel was a chance booking and didn't fail to provide a bigger bang for the buck, It was near our meeting place so i made my appointment,i would recommend 45 Hotel to business travelers

We've stay in this hotel before just for walk in, But this time I booked in Agoda just to make sure. Hotel45 has the best location, just beside SM Baguio and walking distance on Session Road. They also have free breakfast for guests.

The place is at the town proper so it’s accessible to all the tourist spot. It’s just hard to find a parking space but we were lucky we secured a spot.

the staff is not friendly., and the hairdryer is not working.when i asked assistance from the reception, she answer me like this, we don’t have replacement for hairdryer, that time i really need hairdryer 😊,.and the toilet wall is dirty… sometimes when you really need dryer and the staff cannot assist you on this, we felt disappointed,. i hope next time the staff will be more friendly and polite
