I wish there a ABest Hotels everywhere we go!”
As of October 2019. Okayama location. Was first time I took a risk and tried to stay at capsule style with shared bath, and was way beyond satisfied. 3 min walk from JR. Main entrance is hidden tho. It's AROUND from the BACK of the building Google map shows. Many food courts and supermarket right in the building. They have regular rooms and capsule style, which r just smaller rooms with sliding door and shared bath. In Okayama I was solo, so I took capsule. There r about 30 capsules. 5 shower boxes, 6 toilets and 6 sinks. As I arrived, only 5 capsules were taken. Facilities were Super clean, spacious and quite. Next day, a lot arrived. Maybe 25 out 30. And even then I barely seen anyone in Bathroom/shower area. Was Still Super clean. Hot baths and Gym r also nice. Sauna is very much needed after walking all days. Complmnt tea/coffee at the lobby till 10pm. Kept my luggage longer after I checked out. Next time I'm with the family-would take regular rooms with ABest as well !

Spacious room and excellent location”
I can't think of anything that I would blame. The location is inside a shopping mall and just around 5 mins walk to the Okayama station which is excellent. Furthermore, when you go down, there is the shopping street right next to the hotel! Super convenience. As you may know hotel's room in Japan tends to be small, but the room here is spacious! I can open my 24 inch luggage without blocking the corridor! OMG How good it is!! Besides, the room is clean and includes all I need. And the staff can speak English very well and they are super polite and kind. Last but not least, the hotel provides osen (hot spring)!!!! After a long walking day, going to osen can be really relaxing. With such a price in Japan with osen provided, close to station and located in a shopping mall, I don't know where to find another hotel like this! Definitely recommend!

I stayed here 4 nights because of airline cancellations and I'm glad to have found this place. Because my cash was running low the rates here helped me out a great deal. It was raining on my arrival date but there is an underground walkway to the hotel from Okayama station in about 5 min. First off the staff seems very professional and the location is in a shopping building with supermarket on basement level and coffee shops, restaurants, bookstores, 100 yen shop, etc throughout. The hotel itself is very well decorated and coordinated with a nice clean vibe. There is also a gym with cardio and weights and hot spring bath with sauna. If I pass this way again this will be my first choice to stay.

Cheap luxury”
I love this! So affordable. You get a decent amount of privacy while still being able to stay in a 'cabin/dorm' like accomodation. I normally rate my experiences based on how clean a place is and this place was immaculate. So so clean and the facilities were amazing. The hotel is luxurious so you can stay there without breaking the bank. Amazing location too, it was optimal for my itinerary. 5 min walk to station, 20ish walk to castle, etc. Could not recommend this place more. Wish i stayed longer. (And i normally never give reviews) Only faulty was my safe couldnt unlock at one point but i just went and grabbed staff and they unlocked it for me easy peasy.

Value for money, 5 mins walk from Okayama station”
With this price, the standard room is quite spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. The room is clean and new. The onsen is wonderful too. Its location is convenient, just 5 mins from the station and there is a supermarket on the B1/F of the same building. Convenience store and bus station are just downstairs. Big camera is next to the hotel. The main entrance of the hotel is not on the main street, it's at the back side of the shopping arcade.

I LOVED this hotel! ”
This hotel/capsule hotel was one of the better choices that I made on my trip! It's just a block or so from the train station and the street car station is right infront of the hotel. I stayed in one of the capsules which is really the size of a small room with a closing slide door/curtain thing. The hotel has it's own onsen which was great! I took advantage of it while doing my laundry in their laundry room which had atleast 3 combo washer/dryer machines. I also loved their lobby which had a grand piano playing tunes. It was a fantastic price too!! This is definitely the best place to stay if you are a solo traveler like me!

Extremely good value and nice room”
The hotel says its cabin room, but I think it is totally a standard room with smaller size. You get the TV, luggage locker, etc. The shower room and the toilet is very clean, they clean it often, and there are no many people who will use the toilet and the shower room at the same time, so you don’t need to line up for taking shower. To sum up, it is a very nice place to stay for a night as I am going to Okayama University tomorrow!

It's an upgraded capsule hotel, meaning that you get your own room which has only a sliding door that couldn't be locked. While the room is small, it's better than a simple capsule but the price is nearly the same. In addition, it has very clean and adequate toilets and bathrooms. The location couldn't be better, only 3 mins walk from Okayama JR station.

It is satisfying and nothing to pick up. For single traveller like me this is a best location: close to station, having enough space, privacy and security, and the bath is a plus that makes the hotel impeccable. I would certainly go for this type of capsule hotel than hotel (with room with lock) what costs double but offers exactly the same. I also enjoy the design and the lobby. One remark though: It is technically possible to follow someone else to walk in the cabin (being the collection of rooms) without being noticed and grab stuff out, so there is a bit of security issue there.

Good value for money”
Stay in the cabin for 2 nights. Everything was good, there's shower cubicle if you do not want to use onsen. No food allow, drinks ok inside the cabin. I think it's a bit hot. You can borrow fan from the front desk should you need it. Near to the station. Do go to their own webpage where they have a video to show you how to locate the hotel. With the same building, there's shops, bookstore and supermarket close at 10pm.

The room we stayed was very big for 2 people. Nice and clean. They have pyjamas and slippers. The hot spring was okay for me. I smell of chlorine and had itchy even I put body lotion just right after dry myself.

Location near JR Station, clean and spacious room and Onsen was great! Once we forgot to bring our keycard and the staff response quickly to assist us. We really appreciated of their service and definitely recommend this Hotel to our friends and stay again in future.

1guest sleep with very loud music at 12pm. we couldn't. sleep for a moment. but front staff go to his room and turn off his music.that was good decision. reasonable and very clean.

Near the station, perfect location, staffs are so helpful and friendly. I like the public bath in 7 floor. It is definitely going to be the best choice if I visit Okayama in the next time.

Great location just a block from Okayama Station. I stayed in a 'cabin' room for several nights... it was very spacious for what it is -- plenty of room for my things and a big, comfortable bed. The door is a sliding curtain of sorts, but it's sturdy and provides sufficient privacy. Lots of freebies at the front desk. There are several private showers if the public bath is not your thing. Only real negatives were the pillow (filled with beans or whatever it is... very hard) and that it's quite hot in the room. Front desk staff speaks minimal English but enough for the essentials.

Great spot a bit noisy mainly other people snoring, like any hostel but thats what earplugs are for. Besides that great concept. Washer and dryer facility a bit hard to find. its a big mall or building but has another entrance on one of the alley ways

I stayed in the capsule type room and it was really good. enough space next to the bed to open your suitcase, and there was a decent sized safe in the room as well. The hotel also has a nice onsen you can use! :)
