Good stay overall”
Great ocean view from a high quiet and spacious room with a jacuzzi, watching aeroplanes take flight. Only downfall is the hotel AC is central, meaning that although the room was 27 degreed hot the AC could only be turned to warm or off as it was October, so it was very hard to sleep.

Good location (downtown of Jeju) at affordable price”
Pros: The hotel is located strategically near the shopping street of downtown Jeju. Loads of good restaurants around serving good food. The hotel manager is very helpful when we ask him for directions for restaurants nearby. He even walk out to make sure tt we did not walk the wrong direction. Cons: However, the counter staffs are not that helpful. For instance, we asked the hotel for assistance to book a cab to get to airport the following morning as we are afraid that it might be difficult to get a cab during the morning rush hour, but the hotel staff refused and asked us to go to the front to flag for a cab instead. In addition, the cleanliness of the hotel room needs to be improved as well. We book the room w jacczi, we reckoned that the jaccuzi may hv been left unused for some time. As a result when we turn on the motor, there were a lot of dirt and small insect flying out. Yucks!!! Other part of the room still consider clean.

The room that we stayed was a jacuzzi suite, it is perfect for our honeymoon. The room is great, clean and location is good too! The only problem is that we couldn't find any PowerPoint in the room for phone/ computer charging! Not even one! The hotel should also provide travel converter for those travelling from overseas too! We do enjoy the jacuzzi, it is clean and comfy! I would also strongly recommend the hotel to provide a pathway for disability too! For those carrying heavy luggage might find hard to carry up to the front hall.

from across the hotel it was full of restaurants to go out and eat, the jacuzzi in the room, was what my husband liked the most and the proximity to the airport make it really convenient on our way back home

There is a swimming pool up the hotel, the view from the top is also amazing( can see the sea and the beach). The people of the front are very polite and some of them can speak English, communication is no problem.

Value for Money, Good location and Close to Airport”
It looks like a new hotel, everything looks pretty clean, except the carpet. I don't mean the carpet is not clean, but just because of the color, it looks old. Friendly staff and good service, I stayed on 12/F and could have a little bit of seaview.

Good location, near airport and surrounding get laundromat, restaurants and etc. A bit disappointed the taxi driver don’t know the location of this hotel and very rude when we take taxi from airport to this hotel. Wasted very long time to communicated with the taxi driver.

good location but poor service”
the location is good and close to the Lotte and Shilla Duty Free Store. But the service is not good. The reception staffs can not understand my request to charge by China Uni Pay instead of Visa, and they even do not know whether customer can pay by CUP. They do not understand and do not ask to make it clear. The room is not the same as showed when I made the reservation.

The toilet lights is getting on our nerves! ”
Location is good, near to baozhen Street with shopping and food outlet. If you have many big luggages, the room can accommodate 2 luggages opened. The toilet light is something we really dislike. It is a senor light and it goes off probably in less than 5 mins. If you are having a shower, you got to get something to on the lights for u at least 2 times. The management probably need to do something about it, either lengthen the duration to 15 mins or change the sensor lights altogether. Saving that bit of electricity but pissing off your customers doesn't earn you much in the long run. Will not return because of the toilet lights. Otherwise, other aspects are good.
