    inexpensive hotel in Dakar”

    friendly managers and an untrained front counter personnel

    I stayed at this hotel for a week. Across the street is a sandy football field. I could watch football games every day from my room. Wind brows from ocean toward this hotel , cool during day and gets a bit cold at night. There are sandy and dusty alleys everywhere. My taxi took wrong street and got nearly stacked in the sand street. Hotel managers are friendly and understanding , but a front man was annoying. I think this hotel gives mama and daddy home stay atmosphere in cement building designed without much concern. Internet was on and off in my 2nd floor room but fairly ok at on first floor.
