Hmmmmmmmm.... le's see. Clean hotel, free extra pillow of your choice. Nice reception; freindly staff; convenient parking. Breakfast was average. No complaints though. I think there is a humidifier in room.

Super Nice Staff”
I asked the staff to help me to book a local restaurant. He was really helpful and made some good suggestion for us. There is a smell of smoking in the room when we first opened the door even though the room is non-smoking type. Improvement of this will make our stay in this hotel perfect.

The worst night sleep I've ever had”
The pillow was AWFUL. There were stains everywhere: the floor, the sofa, the chair, the walls... The sink was broken on the side and overall the hotel and furnitures were so old. The worst was the smell of the room, it was a mix between mold and tobaco! The breakfast had variety but the hot meals were also cold, like scrumbled eggs or the grilled fish...

Good location which is right at the middle of the shopping and eating street. Room is spacious and clean and well-equipped. Yet, beware that there are two hotel called "AreaOne Hotel" in Miyazaki, one with "miyazaki" and this one is with "miyazaki city", so be aware not to go to the wrong hotel, the wrong one is much further from the jr station.

It is a great experience”
It is located in a very convenient place where a supermarket and convenient stores are all nearby. It is also less than 5 mins walk from the hotel to major malls, bus stops & attractions and less than 15 minutes walk from Miyazaki Station. Very convenient location with excellent service. Receptionists are very helpful and friendly, they are willing to offer me help anytime. Their English is good too and it is easy to communicate in English with them . All in all, it is a superb experience living in Area One Hotel. Will definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel was centrally located at Miyazaki town. The room was clean and value for money. I was on the way to Kagoshima and transit a day in Miyazaki and found this hotel suitable for us. Staff were very friendly and highly recommended for travelers.

Tidy hotel”
All the equipment and service is fine for the hotel. The staff is very helpful, but can't speak a lot in English, if you know a little bit Japanese, you can communicate with them. There are many restaurants beside the hotel, very convenient to find something to eat. There is also a 100 yen shop near the hotel, it's good to do shopping there. But there are two Area One Hotel in Miyazaki, if you take taxi to the hotel, there is always misunderstanding. Be careful to this.

Helpful staff; standard,pleasant experience”
The hotel is a bit far from Miyazaki station, ~15 min by foot, but it's in a developed area with lots of nice restaurants nearby. Staff was very helpful in helping us cancel some bookings due to earthquake. A good experience.
