Much nicer than it appears”
Well situated in the nightlife area of town, this business style hotel looks a little tired and dank from the outside but, once inside, the variety of amenities on offer, the huge bento breakfast, the pleasant always helpful staff, and the modern furniture in the rooms make this a winner given the very reasonable price.

It doesn’t look like much from the outside but inside it’s quite smart and stylish with a lot of characterful quirks. Great value so near to the local food and drink scene.

basically we traveled around Nobeoka so we just needed a place to sleep; the beds were a bit hard and also small and the blankets were also a bit small. Other than that, you get what you pay for. Just satisfactory.

Good Location”
It's located at City centre of Noboeka. The parking is chargeable and not free which is a practice in Japan. The room is just nice for one night stay. We paid 800 yen per person for the breakfast and it is amazingly nice. The staff is attentive and friendly.

Breakfast buffet but no refills, and less to not enough for the late customer. room is very small and no place to open the luggage. The check in counter staff is helpful . Location can walk by, car parking is 500 yen per night

No frills, 500 yen parking per night nearby (so that was a plus since we were driving). In the middle of the city and convenient in location. The beds were a little hard and the blankets were a little small but other than that, the hotel served the purpose for just sleeping after traveling from near Nichinan and driving up the coast and then seeing Takachiho gorge the next day.

Cheap find for a hotel with considerable facilities”
Although room is not big, the room is clean. Bathroom is neat and tidy. Heater works well. Provided blankets other then quilt as alternatives. Have air purifier for free rental on each floor outside the room.

It is an average hotel, but it is not a good choice when you travel with kids”
The hotel is located at the downtown of the Nobeoka. My room has strange smell. The emergency escape windows was kind of dangerous for kids. They can open it easily.

There're some stairs in front of the hotel entrance. When I carrying some luggage from G/F to the 1/F lobby come and back few times. The hotel staffs didn't remind me that there's a elevator just near by. Just need a friendly remind but they didn't.
