Bad service and Safety issues. ”
1. Some outlets in the room are not working. 2. Breakfast is too expensive. 3. The cleaning staff was I think in a rush. They knocked once only and then tried to unlock the door when we were still inside. They didn’t even wait for us to open it for them. 4. They have this note in the room that the hotel will not be responsible for any loss of items despite you locked the door. They suggest to leave our valuables in the reception for safekeeping. Does this mean that this hotel had a lot of theft incidences before? Does this mean that the hotel is not SAFE?

We stayed overnight to attend a business meeting in San Fernando. The place is poorly maintained. So many dirt stain in the bathroom including the toilet bowl- dark dirt stain. No center table beside the beds. Aircon not working well. Bed not comfortable.

Outside looks good. Inside not maintained at all. Dirty wall. Dirty sheets. No amenities set. So i had ask to get them. No towels. No water. Exhaust broke or not cleaned so it was too noisy. One Light bulb is blinking. Price is too high for the accommodation they had. Kitchen was closed so i can order anything. Even had no beer... one thing i liked was at least they provide me hot water so i could had cup ramen as a dinner

Standard room was too small at a price that was far expensive more than those in Greenbelt Makati. We had to change our choice for a much larger room at a far more expensive rate. I appreciated the effort of the management staff to assist us with this problem with a discount for seniors like us. However, it is a hotel with nothing else to offer for holidayers as it is away from the beach and has no swimming pool neither has it anything else to make the stay interesting. It is more fitted for local group conferences. Dining area is not too interesting to fit international and local people. Much has to be done to make it alluring for tourism.

Rooms were nice and the odor of a non smoking room was maintained. This is one of the good hotels in the area with a restaurant in the ground floor. However, the restaurant was situated in the lobby with no separate room for it. So all guests (checking in, checking out) are all passing the restaurant area. They weren't also able to give us free breakfast even if the published rate in the hotel and the rate that we paid here in Agoda were just the same. They even gave a lousy excuse that it was peak season and that they weren't giving breakfast coupons. But the next day, there were a lot of people having their breakfast at the restaurant.
