The staff in the front desk is able to converse in english which makes the process much more efficient since I can't speak Japanese really well . The staff were nice too as they greeted with a big smile on their face. Furthermore, the hotel is located right beside the station which makes it easy to find and you could find a lot of eateries nearby the hotel. Definitely worth the money spent.

Nice hotel and wonderful location”
Best location in Shizuoka. The hotel is very nice and the room was quite spacious. Although my room overlooked the train tracks, it was very quiet. The bed was a bit firm for my liking, but everything else was great. Would definitely stay here again if I am ever in Shizuoka.

Perfect location to use as a base of travel on the area”
Staff is polite and helpful even though not many speak English. Train station across the street had everything you could need. Post office nearby. Great place to stay and use the train to access other parts of Shizuoka or farther on the Shinkansen. Hôtel is clean and quiet. They allowed early check on for me without requesting it.
