Location is so strategic. Staff are courteous, pls keep them and may the mgt give them a raise. This hotel saved my Ilocandia trip. I cam from Pangasinan, Vigan, and my hotel experiences were not so good. Big thanks for this hotel for serving above average despite being a budget hotel! Don’t be deceived by the exterior of the building. The rooms were big, has a ref and tv, good bathroom and shower, generous cabinets, and big beds. My stay comes with free breakfast. 👍👍👍

The staff and security guard were all very helpful and hospitable. The front desk upgraded our room to a larger one. We had 3 beds (1 is king size) for me, my wife, and our 1-year old. They made sure we are parked near the entrance. They helped with our getting our things to the 4th floor. When I booked the room through agoda, I indicated 2 adults and 1 child but the hotel considered the child as a paying adult so there were 3 sets of breakfast (good mistake). The rooms are evidently renovated as the paint seems new and the bathrooms had new equipment. Overall, good value, good location, and hospitable staff.

Hotel staff are well-trained; they're helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The front desk ladies are gracious too, always attending to our needs everytime we call. As for food, everything that we ordered was delicious (kudos to the chef). We'd definitely come back to this hotel. It's close to the Plaza area as well as the other nice places, and the price is reasonable too. Lastly, I highly recommend you try their brewed coffee, the best I've had in Laoag so far. Only downside is that there's no internet and elevator.

Breakfast food is sooo good here! I recommend the continental breakfast with thick sliced bacons, tomatoes, egg, toast and jam, with coffee! The location is also very accessible.

GREAT STAFF - PROBLEMS WITH WIFI”
GREAT STAFF WHO WERE VERY HELPFUL AND ACCOMODATING. WHEN I WAS THERE THEY WERE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH WIFI WHICH THEY WERE ACTIVELY TRYING TO GET FIXED. I WOUND UP USING THE WIFI IN THE LOBBY AS IT WAS MORE RELIABLE THAN THE ROOM WIFI. ALL IN ALL IT WAS A GOOD HOTEL AND GREAT STAY. THE STAFF WERE TRULY TERRIFFIC AND DID ALL THEY COULD TO ACCOMODATE ME.

Worth for money”
Our stay included free breakfast and it was walking distance to our designated spot for business. Staff was very attentive and helpful despite having no elevator to take us to our room. Will look forward to staying here again if the need arises for work.

Hardly had time to stay inhotel due to outside activities. Location is good in downtown stores. ”
Con- no elevator. Hard for seniors like me. Cleaning of bathroom was not thorough. Only one time complimentary coffee. Pro- like the set breakfast. However, no coffee refill. No hotwater for coffee and water kettle in room is useless without adaptor. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff.

Good stay for Travelers but no Elevator ”
Accommodating staffs specially for road travelers like us from a long drive to searching a cozy comfy way to stay. Food is so-so but filling, checking in and out has no problems. Good place to stay but Not friendly for senior citizens who will endure the height of the stairs to their rooms hope construction is done when you get older guests someday.

It was hard to find the hotel since it still has a different name. They don't have their own parking space, so we didn't feel that our car was secured. The hotel was under renovation when we stayed. There's no elevator, good thing, we only stayed at the 3rd floor. The room was huge for the four of us and there's even a refrigerator. But some of the electric sockets were damaged, so the staff had to bring an extension. They don't also provide slippers. The bathroom has hot and cold shower but it would take time for you to finish taking a bath since the water that's coming out is not as strong as I expected from a hotel. The breakfast was very good. The kitchen and dining staff were very accommodating and friendly. Overall, our stay was okay, I guess, you get what you pay for. Maybe, a one night stay would be fine.
