Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable and very large rooms. The location is right in the center of the city and the hotel is easy to find. What probably impressed us the most was the staff at the restaurant as well as the owner&#39;s and his son&#39;s hospitality! Thank you again for a lovely stay. As a bonus, there is also a rooftop bar with an amazing view of Kukes and the food at the restaurant is some of the best I&#39;ve had in Albania so far. Would definitely stay here again!

The Hotel was kind of modern and clean, and a delicious breakfast was served. The manager and the staff is really nice and helpful.
The rooms could have been more well equipped (e.g. more modern TV).

The property has good location, and rooms have good equipment. People are nice, friendly and helpful.
Property has oldish look and rooms can be modernized. There can be more options for breakfasts. Quality of room clean is good, but can be better.

The location and the breakfast was good. The room is nice, and the bathtub is very modern, you can listen to music and there is hot-steam function also. Beware, that the hot water doesn&#39;t last long! It runs out, than you have in the morning again.
The hot water doesn&#39;t last long! We could fill half of the bathtub, then it&#39;s finished. The glass cup in the bathroom was broken. You can smel the cigarettes in many places in the hotel, but I think it&#39;s common in Albania.
