I must say great staff! Great managers and personnel. Even the security guards are cool. They will do everything to accomodate your requests and keep you in the best of spirits. Keep it up guys. Location is also quite good. Breakfast was decent. Nothing to write home about. Could have been better but ok. The exterior of the hotel building is good. But it's ageing. I would request the owners to completely overhaul the hotel interiors, specially the rooms and toilets, as it's looking aged and the rooms look outdated. Except for the building exterior and lobby, everything else looks dated and old. Wish them all the best 👍

The hotels seems to be frequented by businessmen from East Asia, the Subcontinent and its facilities used by many prestigious companies and organizations such as British Council, so you are in good company staying there.

Nice retreat from Dhaka madness”
On my return to Dhaka and the Bengal Inn, I found everything I left in the hotel - laundry, luggage case in tact waiting for me in my room. Moreover, everything I mentioned as lacking in their evaluation sheet was implemented - a hot water pot and tea and coffee waiting for me. Once again a great room with fast WiFi and very soft bed to sleep on.
