Great stay, the owner accommodated us late at night, very kind of him, very discreete and nice, very clean rooms, we could choose which room we would like to have. Everything we needed was in the room, looks recently renovated. Bed could be a little softer. Would recommend for a quick stay.

Great place to stay near Bus Station”

The place is really close from the bus station, only 2-3 minutes walking. The place is also quite close to the city center, 15-20 minutes walking but it will be quite a hike uphill to the city center. The place is clean, neat, nice, complete with amenities as described. There’s also nice AC to help the heat during summer. The host is also responsive and helpful. Wifi works nicely. Compared with the price it offer, overall it’s a very nice place to stay
Minor things like there were no drapes in the toilet so the water can go to places and no soap, but no big deal

Good place if you are passing through”

Easy to reach, just off the main road through town. The staff looked after our luggage free of charge after our check out so we could wander round town. The bathroom was very modern and clean. The staff were very friendly and efficient even though they could not communicate in English.
The furniture and decor in the room was a little "out of date", but still comfortable. The staff on site could not speak English, but we were connected with someone who could by phone.

Perfect ackommodation close to the bus station and central Girjokastër. The host is very kind and helpful. The room had all we needed: AC, a fridge, confortable beds, good bathroom. Priceworthy indeed! Wi-fi is totally reliable.

For its' price point the Hotel Brace is an outstanding hotel.....Clean room.....Friendly and helpful owners.....Super fast wi-fi (router in room).....Excellent shower with plenty of hot water and good water pressure.....Screens on the windows..... Room service when needed.....Location is right in Gjirokaster (not the Old Town) and just a minute's walk from the bus station and supermarkets. It is along the city's main road but the soundproofing keeps the noise out.....Definitely exceeded my expectations. I have stayed at the other hotels in Gjirokaster where the rates are similiar and this hotel is the best one.....Tip: The Credins Bank is located right outside the hotel and it is the only bank in Albania where foreigners are *not* charged ATM fees.
Everything was perfect except that a fridge and kettle in the room would be nice.

Unbeatable value for money. It's a little bit of a hike to old town and the castle but it's closer to cheaper restaurants, cafes and bakeries. Really friendly hosts, if you need to do laundry, they will let you use their machine. If you're looking for a cheap, decent place to stay, this is perfect.
