was a nice size room and clean but everytime a hotel has an event in one of their banquet rooms they are very noisy and into the later hrs of 11;00 and 12 midnight, filipinos don't understand the concept of being quiet for your guests and are always noisy and don't care about other guests comfort

    Good”

I booked a business class, good for 3 adult occupants, to be able to avail 3 free breakfast. The hotel’s “free breakfast” is actually just for 2. I was informed by the front desk that all rooms comes with 2 breakfast only. This hotel is poorly managed. The room stinks. The kitchen closes at 7pm so you cannot order past 7pm. It will be the last time my family stay in Camila 1.

    Reasonable ”

Excellent staff, Breakfast included. Offered Filipino and "American" style breakfast. Even the toast was overly dry, the breakfast was above average good. Big and spacious room. Should offer refrigerator and water heater in the room. No elevator. Spacious parking area in the back. Advise to the owners: Please reconsider your color of choice in the stairs and the hallway. Dark red makes it narrow and depressive. Try lighter and joyful colors. I will definitely consider rebooking this hotel.

Accessible and price was ok. No elevator, when I went back to the hotel with my daughter sleeping I had to carry her and take the stairs way up on the 4th floor. Overall, it was just fine for the price.

Agoda said free breakfast. I took a three adult room which I paid for. At breakfast I was told no free breakfast, when I argued I was told OK one breakfast because I was only one person in the room? I said my wife was on her way it was just she did not stay the first night but anyway I had paid for three breakfast! I ordered three breakfast but got two. I asked for fried egg bacon and coffee, I got boiled egg sardine and longanisa no coffee. I said why boiled egg and was told it was boiled egg day! Why no coffee, you have to pay extra for coffee! Where have you been, where you don't get free coffee with your free breakfast! I have stayed at Camila 1 before but this is the last time, I was treated as a joke not a customer, I advise anybody who comes to Dipolog to stay at D hotel where I will stay in future and you are treated like a CUSTOMER?

Overall, I enjoyed my stay in the Hotel. The room was big for its price so value for money was great. Food is accessible as there is a restaurant just below the hotel. Hussle-free check-in and check-out. Elevator was not available but it was okay as I needed a little exercise with the stairs.

no go a next time, breakfast bad and not free if served in room. ”

Room is ok, but no hot shower. The breakfast is not served by the hotel it self, it's done by restaurant SUNBURST that is on the ground floor of the hotel building. If breakfast is brought on room then they charge you P10 per plate + 10% service charge. they hv only 2 options for breakfast, longanisa or sardines, but no coffee or juice included. I ordered with ham, had to pay P175 for a tiny slice of ham and of course the plate and service charge. So if you want "free" breakfast you have to go down to restaurant and chose from the two options or else pay the for regular from menu. No elevator in Hotel, there are 4 floors.
