staffs are are very friendly and accommodating, they even help us to rent a motorcycle. plus points: When we arrived, the standard rooms are fully booked, so they upgrade it to business class room for free.. =) They have free hot and cold water. we stayed there for 2 nights.

The location was good since it was super close to almost everything like the boulevard, siliman, sans rival. They just have water problems.

Very good”
Nice location! Near the boulevard and other resto and hang out places. If you are looking for a fancy place, this is not the place for you. I just like it since we just needed a decent place to stay. We had a safe and good experience. :)

Accessible”
The place was very near the port to siquijor, siliman, boulevard and others. The staffs were accomodating. The bed linens where not that dried up and it smells when I went there but its okay. All in all, its okay for the price. Thank you!

Very good”
We stayed for just one night - arrived around 8pm and left early next day. The staff was great and the room was cheap, 10 minutes walk to the boardwalk area. There were a few cockroaches and wifi was not working in the room or hallway.

Good value for money”
Just one trike ride (~120-150 php) from dgt airport, walking distance to good sites (silliman, rizal blvd, eateries, mercury drug, and harolds diving shop); we got 4pax spacious room for <1k with ref, hot&cold water, tv cable; only cons are the wifi being down that time and few tiny friends w/c are harmless

Generator can’t accomodate all rooms”
There was a power outage in the hotel’s vicinity; they have a generator however not enough to accomodate all rooms. We stayed on the 4th floor, electricity didn’t reach our floor. :(

Needs renovation and upgrade ”
The staff are friendly but the place needs renovation. We were locked in our room because of the broken doorknob.

Neglected by the hotel owners. ”
The only pros on this hotel are the staff. They were very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is in dire need of a fixer-upper. The ceilings have molds due to the moisture of the drain pipes running above them. Halls are very gloomy/dark. The room smells of moth balls. I'll just stop there.

Better in pictures”
I booked this for my staff, and i went with her during check in. I was shocked to see her room! The room is just a little bigger than the bed, and the bathroom did not even have a curtain to separate the toilet from the shower--just gross. We had to upgrade to a bigger room (good for 4, even though she's the only one checking in), so that there's more space and the bathroom is bigger and cleaner. So if you're checking in this hotel, get the bigger rooms. Those are more tolerable.

Fine. It's cheap. But what you get it also cheap. Not one of those moments where you say it was value for money. reception ok. wi-fi only if you use their restaurant. Carry luggage 3 or 4 floors up, no elevator or handicap facilities, or any other facilities for that matter. The rooms look like they haven't been cleaned for 20 years, but I'm sure they occasionally do. It's ok as a place to crash for one night, but since none of the money coming in is being used for keeping the place up to date, I wouldn't recommend staying long.
