Overall great experience with great customer service. The girl at the front desk was super nice and very helpful! I had some issues with the internet and she changed me to another room. Unfortunately that one had also internet issues, but I didn't mind that much. Breakfast was great. Overall great price value! Would book again

The hotel is clean and the breakfast has a lot of variety. Also the location is perfect and is close to the TGM and old Medina. However, the rooms are not equipped with a kettle for water and they do not provide you with slippers. In addition, the hotel is located next to a pub from which you could hear loud music all night long. So if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and rest look elsewhere!

Top Hotel in the City Center”
location is great. Hotel room was very clean and Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. This is really a 3 star hotel not like other hotels. Breakfast is amazing, fresh juices, live cooking etc. simple great. Can highly recommend this place.

Excellent Customer Service”
This is a wonderful Boutique Hotel in a convenient Central location. Samaa, the gentleman at the reception desk is a shining example of excellent customer service! Rooms are small but very clean and adequate. It is odd that the hotel policy prohibits guests from brining their own water into their room. beautifully curated breakfast buffet. Note on your room location: There are two night clubs located ground level in the front of the hotel and on the right side of the hotel. These two clubs start blasting music From around midnight until 4am making it impossible to sleep Despite the double pane windows. I am not a particularly light sleeper however the blaring volume levels and the vibrations from the music BASE are unrelenting throughout the night.

Great location and really cute hotel. The only problem I had during my stay was I had little to no wi-fi connection from my room. Didn’t let the hotel know because that might be their way of telling you to just rest and disconnect for a while.😅

Great value, excellent breakfast but Sounds and movement in the corridors are clearly audible, to the point of inconvenience, especially at night, perhaps because the doors are poorly isolated. But it remains a great place compared to the amount paid.

Very centrally located 3-star-hotel”
The location of this hotel in Avenue Bourguiba is definetely a pro! I like the modern style inside the hotel as well as the belle époque style on its outside. Staff is very courteous and polite and customer-driven. Breakfast is good and offers a good variety - all in a nice setting. Internet/ wifi is fast and stable. Rooms start ageing a little. It would need here and there a bit of more maintainance - nothing really dramatic but it would help look better. In general rooms are quite small as well but feature at least a fridge but no coffee or tea making facilities. ( I knew it already and brought my own as I generally need lots of coffee in the morning).

Good location with reasonable price”
It was good choice for me to stay at this hotel on the occasion of my transit in Tunis. Hotel's location is very convenient to walk around the city, and the design of hotel is very nice. More than that, the price is very reasonable even including nice breakfast!

Central, modern hotel with friendly staff but small rooms”
The hotel is very centrally located in Tunis' Avenue Bourguiba within walking distance to e.g. the clock tower. Its staff is friendly and customer-orientated. The rooms feature either 13 or 15 qms - fair enough for a night or two. If more, I would choose a different hotel. During my last stay I had a really small room though which left me only with a space of about half a meter between the small desk and the bed. I found that too narrow.

Climatisation inexistante/No air conditioning ”
The personnel is helpful and the rooms are of an adequate size. The air conditioning doesn’t exist or at least doesn’t function as one would expect in a three star establishment, let alone one misleadingly bearing the name Carlton.
