          Five star hotel in the true sense of the word.”

          Overall service, outstanding. So many thoughtful touches. Choice of toiletries for room, teddy, water and chocolates with turn-down service, small gift on departure….etc! Our room (junior suite) extremely well equipped with quality furnishings. Very comfortable bed and lovely quiet room. We’ve now stayed here on three separate occasions. Fantastic central location. Highly recommended.

          Great hotel . Super nice and new and clean and Great service . Really you feel special . Ok breakfast as for Covid .
          The receptionist was very non helpfull . He gave us 2 rooms in front of a Party (night ) organised by hotel that would make impossible to sleep . Music till 1 am or 2 am . So we had to change rooms at 24.00 and The other receptionst was very helpfull .

          Amazing hotel from start to finish”

          We visited this hotel in the middle of COVID in January. We expected some issues, but we had none and our stay was amazing. We had room 03 which has a wonderful view of the square and the most convenient room layout. We used all the food services as well from room service to the restaurant. I saw some bad comment in previous reviews, but we had a completely different experience. The food was delicious and with great texture. On top, the staff was attentive and made each second of our stay perfect. We will definitely visit again!

          We loved this hotel. It’s beautiful hotel in a central location. The staff, particularly at Reception were so helpful. We were made to feel so welcome, and the Receptionist went out of his way to make bookings for us. The room and bar area were fabulous.

The location was right in the heart of the old town with shopping, restaurants, and important sites within easy walking distances. Would not hesitate to return to this property.

          Staff..super helpful efficient and very polite and pleasant. They really helped to make our short stay exceptional. The location is perfect..close enough to restaurants, bars and shopping ..but not affected by any of the noise associated with such a central location .

          Excellent breakfast in a very nice setting. Very well located and easy to park nearby. Many restaurants at walking distance, as well as historic places. The hotel staff gave us good advice on where to eat and what to visit.
