The hotel is quite new. Very good location with lots of restaurants nearby and only a few mins walk to Tenjin bus terminal, tenjin subway and other establishments. Will definitely book this hotel again if we are in Fukuoka.

Wonderful experience”
The hotel is very near the central Tenjin station of Fukuoka. The staff are absolutely adorable, helpful and very nice. They didi me the favour to keep one of my suitcases for a longer period of time and by doing so. practically saved my trip in Japan. Thank you very much, if I ever visit Fukuoka again, I'll visit your facility!

Practical and clean”
Hotel is quite small but service and cleanliness made up for the lack in size. Room size though is just right for couples with 2 pieces of luggage. Location is great for accessibility to shopping and transport in the Tenjin area.

The price showing when booing doesn’t match with the price charged by credit card, price even higher around 8-10%. Suggest book first and pay at hotel as there is better rate from money changer.

A bit too small for comfort”
I disliked the shower/bathroom design. Your toiletries( at the faucet) are INSIDE the shower, so prepare for them to be wet or take them out everytime you want to shower. Horrible design. Other than that the room was fine. Staff didn't speak English but not a problem for me. Location is a bit far from subway stations, but you can use underground passages to get there.

like a Motel”
Actually I choose this hotel as it seems close to Tenji station and it's relatively cheap compared to other accomodation. However, u need to walk a long long way underground with about 10 mins. Fairly speaking the room is big (in Japan) but it is really dirty. I can see some tea colour stuff stained on linen which is very disgusting and the white towels were not white in color @0@. No bottle of water was provided. the shower and water sink were in the same place, you will easily get wet if you faslely turn on the shower. Another issue is that everyone can go into this hotel , although there is reception, I can't see staff standby reception all the time-_-. I think this can be named as 'motel' rather than 'hotel'

Simple but Awesome”
Very accessible. There are convenience stores and drugstores nearby. It is also only 5 to 10 mins away from the Tenjin shopping area. The rooms were always clean and were not cramped. They also have full-length mirrors. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Good value for money; lack of sense of security ”
The location is good, with in walking distance to Tenjin Chikagai which is connected to the Tenjin subway stations and many department stores and shopping malls. I stayed in a single room. It has no bathtub in the bathroom but it leaves the room plenty of space. I had no sense of security during my stay. The front desk is not present most of the time, and the room is a few meters away from the lobby. I guess everyone can have access to and wander around the lobby area without staff there. But it’s a trade-off for the suprisingly low price.

Hotel is close to Tenji south station. The room is good. One drawback is the heater. We could not change the temperature and need to open the window to reduce room temperature. The staff is friendly and good connection to WiFi.

Small and decent”
Very near to the subway station Tenjin-Minami, shopping centers e.g., Bic Camera, and various Yatai. Room is small yet clean and comfy for short stays.

A few minutes walk from Tenjing station. Hotel room is clean and new! There is a convenience store and drug store just next door. Highly recommended.

Good for just a sleep over”
if you are looking for big space hotel to open 2 large luggage, this hotel might not have the space. Generally almost all Japan hotel, no matter how small their room are, there will still be minimally a small bathtub, but this hotel dont have.
