        Located perfectly in the city centre. Pleasant, well kept, renovated and clean hotel. Rooms properly equipped, small fridge, electric kettle, bathtub. Hotel owner is great woman, always cheerful and smiling, ready to help you selflessly at any time! Breakfast served at your table in restaurant. All around the hotel several restaurants with very good menu, especially fish.

        It worth it for the money you pay, but do not go there with big expectations.”

        The hotel is well located for the ones interested in feeling the pulse of the city. It is close the restaurants, mobile comms. company and other touristic places to visit. The hotel looks nice and traditional. Staff is nice, but communication is a problem if you do not speak Portuguese language. The rooms are clean and there is wifi.
        Too much noise is coming from the street from very early in the mornings (5 a. m) The WiFi connection in the rooms is weak. One staff at the reception cheated me at the very beginning when he exchanged for me on the street Euro for 23 dobras, but the exchange rate is actually 25. Before traveling to Sao Tome I asked the manager of the hotel by Booking.com if possible to use debit/credit cards and get local currency from the ATMs. The answer was that it is not possible to use international cards, which was completely wrong/false. IT IS VERY MUCH POSSIBLE! Based on the false information that I got, I traveled with big cash on me, which kept me stressed. Also, I was supposed to get from the airport a taxi arranged by the hotel, but this did not happen. Therefore, I had to manage myself a last minute taxi.

        Nice hotel but super noisy when facing the street”

        Cheerful, friendly and helpful staff that really made our stay very pleasant. Rooms were small but clean and value for money was right. The coffee shop was good, too. The central location in downtown Sao Tomé was perfect too.
        Super noisy rooms when facing the street. The windows were super thin and earplugs were an absolute must. As a consequence, the sleep quality was awful as there's a busy street in front. Also, the coffee shop often didn't have the change in Euro or dobras, so it was a bit difficult paying at times.

        It's in the center of São Tomé and is a comfortable hotel, the staff is nice and very friendly. Good breakfast. The rooms have AC but the TV didn't work but for me it was no problem. All was very clean.

        This hotel is located in very central part of Sao Tome. Regardless of purpose of your stay it is always a good option. Room is small but just ok, cleanliness is satisfactory.
        Breakfasts could be better (papaya, banana, coffee, bread, juice) wifi is not very reliable.

        Top location right in the center, very friendly staff, good breakfast. Parking at the entrance is easy all the time. Perfect base to discover the city. Rooms are small but very good for a couple. Always with AC and fridge.
        Mattress was old and very uncomfortable.

        Good choice for Sao Tome, below average for what is "adequate" in Europe.”

        The hotel seems to be the best choice for the centre of Sao Tome. Clean, with working air conditioning (especially when it the electricity is supplied). Breakfast was rather OK. The owner was very helpful when it came to cashing out the money.

        Super friendly staff as well as the owner even though we had small language barrier. They gave us a late checkout for free as well helped when it comes to recommendation of couple of places.
        It was quite loud in the room.
