This hotel is located in the south of Shizuoka Station, a few minute away on foot. The landscape from this hotel is very nice and we can watch sea and Mt Fuji. The room is clean and the stuff is very nice. The price is also not so expensive.

Nice hotel in a good location”
The hotel is located next to the High speed train station of Shizuoka. in the same building there is a very good shops for model named Shizuoka Hobby Square. In the other side of the train station you can find a big shopping mall and you can even find a McDonald and a 7-11 nearby....so if you have difficulties in ordering food from Japanese restaurant you can still alive with 7-11 and McDonald. The small is not too big but everything you needed is provided. The room is clean and nice. The front desk person are good in manner. For a short trip 1 night in Shizuoka, it is a nice hotel to stay.

Panoramic views of Mt Fuji and Saruga Bay”
Wonderful. The panoramic view of Mt Fuji and Saruga Bay were stunning. Room 2202 was the one assigned to us. The hotel was five minutes from Shizuoka station where we had come from Kyoto. Easily seen from the station and very accessible. The staff were efficient and courteous, even opening the automatic doors for us!!! Highly recommended.

I am very much appreciated with hotel servicing, room is very clean and neat. I actually didn't smoke but it was very difficult to find the non-smoking room during booking. Nevertheless, the hotel offerred room upgraded to me, that was very very impressed!

Convenient and tidy”
It's good for staying for short trip, the location is great, only 5 mins walking distance from the JR station and the rooms are very clean and look new. However, if visitors are looking for Japanese style hotel, it is not suitable as it's absolutely a business style hotel.

Good size rooms”
Hotel is a few minutes walk from JR station. We weren't traveling light but thank goodness for escalators and an overhead bridge connecting to the hotel, it wasn't that difficult and also sheltered walkway so that helps especially when it rained almost everyday when we were there. Love the size of the room, big compared to other hotels we stayed at. Don't think we can get this size at the same price if we stayed in Tokyo instead. Other than that, the hotel is old but clean enough.

this hotel is nearby Shizuoka Station, which can easily get to many restaurants by walking. However, the staff here are not really helpful, to be honest, a bit cold. anyway, i had a good experience here

Comfortable hotel”
We were given instructions about accessing the hotel from the train station, via an escalator, a long ramp, through a door, down the lift to Reception. We realised after checking in, that we could have simply walked across the road, down a very short way and entered via the main door - very confusing! Lovely room with a good view.

Worst service ever! Or should be - no service!”
Came to Shizuoka the first time to explore the city. We did not expect that a 4-star hotel which claims to have concierge on Agoda DOES NOT actually provide any concierge service! The staff simply answered "you call yourself" when we tried to ask for some help for some restaurant booking. Horrible, horrible service. First ever huge disappointment in hotels in Japan. Will never be back.

We are glad to have stayed at this lovely hotel. It is next to the main station with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. You are right in the heart of the action. The train can take you to other tourist destinations. Waking up to the view of the city with the mountains in the background was just stunning!
