Unfortunately only a one night stay but a truly beautiful hotel, the room was stunning, amazingly clean and the thoughtfulness of the bathroom accessories was outstanding. Classic, but comfy”
I could enjoy the classic, but very comfy mood of the hotel. Each of the staff was so nice and gentle to treat each of customer, and everyone in the hotel became so pleased thanks to them. The garden, which I could enjoy not only by walking into but also looking down at my hotel room, was the epic of the hotel. I really enjoyed the short vacance to this elegant site. It was definitely worth to spend one special night in this place.

True Japan is HERE!”
You can experienced top notch Japanese hospitality as well as beautiful Japanese settings all over the hotel area. Room size is very spacious, (unlikely any other Tokyo Hotels!) and decorations are very classy. Food and Beverage are classy and stylish too, but room service may take up to 2 hours. Overall, I would highly recommend, I've always never hesitate to chose this place.

We had been to Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo on a tour in December 2017. On this tour, we walked part of the beautiful gardens, ate at one of the restaurants, and partook in a traditional tea ceremony. When we returned to Tokyo in July 2018, staying at this hotel was something that was really tempting - and I am so glad we ultimately decided to do so. The room was amazing, the room staff very thorough, and the rest of the staff immensely helpful. The gardens were amazing. When we return to Tokyo, it will be on our short list of options to stay again.

Gardens beautiful, hotel top”
We were debating staying here for our entire Tokyo stay or at the Imperial Hotel--we ended up staying at both hotels. The Imperial's location was great (in terms of getting to other areas of Tokyo) but Hotel Chinzanso was a true luxury hotel. The room was really nice--they had amenities for our children and had a crib and baby friendly items. Having access to the beautiful garden makes the longer walk to the subway not a problem. There was a tiny playground nearby. When we come again to Tokyo, we will stay here the entire time... since generally once we left our hotel, we didn't return until the end of the day, so location doesn't matter as much.

Hotel Chinzanso was an incredible experience, to kick things off I found a fantastic deal with Agoda and when I arrived to check in I was informed that our room had been upgraded! Even if that wasn't the case i do think I would would have enjoyed our experience just as much. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant down stairs, a 5 course meal followed by Coffee or tea for on 7,000JPY was unbelievably good, then we enjoyed a free drink at the bar which every guest is entitled too which was a nice way to finish our evening Bravo Chinzanso! The staff was great, the room was clean and comfortable and the food was out of this world!!! 10 / 10 from me!

Exceptional”
Hotel Chinzanso is a great place to stay, rooms are large compared to most hotels in Tokyo, service was second to none. Rooms are spotless and very comfortable. We get a free smart phone, with unlimited data and local and international calls, used it to navigate the city the entire time, and even make a call back to the US at no charge, saved us money on getting a SIM card for our own phone. The hotel has a beautiful Japanese garden, walked through it every day on our way out. The only slight downside is it’s a little further out of town, a 10min walk to the subway station, but a lovely walk through a park. All in all, would definitely stay there again.

A Touch Of Serenity In Tokyo”
This was my second time at the Hotel Chinzanzo. First time I was with my husband. We loved it. This time I was lucky enough to bring two of my adult daughters with me. I don't think they quite believed how beautiful the hotel really was until we drove down the driveway. The trees were all lit up ready for Christmas. It was such a beautiful sight. Once inside they were totally in awe. Once again I could not fault a thing. The welcome from the service staff, to the maid service. The managers go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect with your stay. Special thanks to Guest Manager Andre' & our wonderful front door service man Leo. When in Tokyo, Chinzanso is my first choice.

Grand but aging hotel with fabulous garden”
Love this place. Great for longer stays (especially if includes weekend), but not for quick business trips. Location is plus and minus: a good 15 min taxi to financial center, but when you get out there you feel away from the din and hubbub and can really relax. Huge and lovely garden. Quiet, slow pace inside. Relaxing spa. Hotel staff also lovely. And with proliferation of high end places in Tokyo now charging in the $600-900 range per night (Four Seasons, Hyatts, Peninsula, Mandarin, Shangri La, Ritz-Carlton, Capitol, the new Palace), you can often get a nice rate at the Chinzanso.
