We stayed in Hotel Insar for one week. The location is perfect being right on the edge of Burabay national Park. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was provided and although there was no choice we found it more than acceptable. We did not enjoy the evening food however. We did have to swap rooms after the first night as the first room we were in had a smell coming from the drains in the bathroom but the staff were very accommodating.

Снимали люкс но санузлы не работают пришлось выливать воду в унитаз ведром из урны ,вентиляция не работает,до этого читала отзыв про эту ситуацию,думала временное , оказывается это постоянная, администрация ссылается на ремонт насоса,но это мне кажется их ни отмазки ,в душе не успела голову намочить как вода закончилась,представьте себе в каком положении я была,спустилась к админу смена поменялась и не признают свои ошибки,так просто глупо не реагируют на обстоятельства, спустилась позавтракать,подали то ли пряник то ли булочку ,не понятно как будто прессованное тесто можно было зубы сломать,а так расположение хороший,пешком можно добраться везде
