Smoking Smell”

I ordered a not smoking room, but there was still very heavy smoking smell in the room.

We stayed at Himeji and visited different places in the region. The hotel is not too far from the station, with a convenient 10-15 min walk. It's off the main touristic areas, so it's fairly quiet at night. Rooms were clean, staff members were helpful and spoke good English. The structure is not outstanding, and has little to remember about, but overall, for the price, we deemed it a very fair treatment. We would recommend it to people caring for the budget and not looking for something special.

Not new, but clean”

Hotel near Himeji Castle and Railway station. Room small, but clean. If you need something for take a shower, need ask stuff about it

This was a good hotel especially for the price. We were looking for something basic on the less expensive side for a hotel near the train station and this met our needs well. The beds were a little stiff for our taste but overall very pleased with our stay there. The breakfast was definitely worth the 700Yen. They also held our bags while we went sightseeing for the day which was nice.

We only stayed briefly, but found the hotel was good value, with a slightly larger room for the money. The location was ok, (about a 10-15 min walk from the train station), but there may be places nearer to the castle, which is what most people go for.

Good Location, Staff very nice”

just a 5-10 minute walk from the station. nice hotel. staff were friendly, and had some english. room was a good size, features fine. all round a nice stay.

Is an OK hotel but may not stay here again”

We booked this hotel because all the good ones are booked out. It is a OK hotel, a bit dated and small size room (standard in Japan). Room rate is not cheap. OK distance from the train station, OK comfort. Not sure if we will stay here again.

Location not convenient. room size small and aircon was not working. bathroom tiny. Toiletries minimal. Had to change room as aircon was faulty. We got a much larger room with two queen size beds. The hotel is old and looks its age. Despite repeated request for hard pillows, we never got any. Staff although friendly was not able to understand English

When I checked in, the staff told me I didn't book breakfast (which I already did) But I thought I forgot to do so and pay for the breakfast again...

Old and not clean room”

The room was old and walls were dirty with paint peeled of from them. Bad smell was in the room and the location was far from station (20 min walking).

The room and bathroom was much smaller than I expected... The staff was nice, the amenities are readily acceptable, the location is good, but for someone with allergies central heating is not it. My face was swollen after the first night from allergies. Had to open the window to cool down the room.

Staff was nice but the smell in the room was bad, furniture old, bed not comfortable, no facility, not close enough from the castle, sorry but I won’t recommend this hotel at all.

there's free parking spaces. it's not so far from Himeji station,very useful for business purpose.
