Very outdated and not welcoming ”

I do not like to give bad reviews, but Hotel Crown Hilo’s Kumamoto takes the prize of the worst hotel in a while... Probably back in 1987 it was nice, but nothing has changed since these days, also towards women, as the public bath. Is only open for men. Staff wasn’t really friendly as well. Rooms are old and even advertised as non smoking room it smelled like cigarettes. Last one is the breakfast, it’s nice that it is included, but if you can not provide social distancing, you shouldn’t offer buffet style breakfast in a cramped room. The breakfast staff lady was nice though.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The room is spaces and clean. Breakfast is provided but the food is just ok. This hotel is quite far from the main JR and need to take a tram there.
