Great location and great staff”

Location of hotel is great. Just opposite to hamamatsu station. Malls and food all around. Breakfast was not worth it. Cold and no variety, better to save the money and eat at malls. Bad thing was room very stuffy as centralised aircon. We went to lobby to inform them and staff were kind to send us an air cooler so it helped. Will recommend this hotel is you are staying on for 1 night.

Superb location, clean comfortable room”

Hotel location is superb, just across the train station and the bus terminal. Bus terminal has an information centre where friendly staff can advise what buses to take to various attractions. Reception hall is spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful, can understand basic English. Our twin bed room is considered spacious in Japan, clean and comfortable. Free Wifi in the room. Good amenities provided - complete set of toiletries (good quality), hair dryer, fridge, water boiler, tea, coffee etc. TV has only Japanese channels. Breakfast is buffet style, with Japanese & Western selections. Many choices and reasonably good. We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Overall highly recommended to stay here.

Great hotel with great location”

The hotel is located just across the main train station. You can find anything you may need around the area. The hotel is old but well maintained. The size of the room is bigger compare to Japanese standard. Breakfast is OK. Parking at hotel is 800 Yen a night which is quite reasonable.

It is winter and therefore there is only warm air conditioning in the room. It will be too warm with the heater on, so can only switch off the air conditioner. There is no window that can be opened. It is extremely stuffy in the room due to no air circulation with the air conditioner off. There is no selection to switch on the air conditioner with only fan mode. Once switch on, hot air blowing out. Extremely uncomfortable staying in the room. Please avoid this hotel during winter time.

It was quite comfortable”

Inspite of the fact that the rooms are not big enough but the stay has been quite comfortable. The staff is friendly, attentive and the service is quick. The location of the hotel is perfect due to railway station, shopping centers and restaurants being very nearby. In nutshell it is perfect for business and leisure travellers as well.

Nice cosy & clean tidy room but a bit small for 3 adults. Location is superb, centrally located within walking distance to the train & bus station as well as shopping area.
