Staff are very nice but..”
I have been going to this hotel almost every summer when I was a teenager and it was my favorite hotel.However I was disappointed this time. The staff are very friendly, nice and polite but the guy who checked us in have me the wrong bracelet(the green one that only includes soft drinks although I paid for all beverages included alcoholic and non alcoholic). The hotel was renovated but the rooms are still old and not very well maintained (AC almost non functional and no WIFI access unless you go to the reception). I want to be fair about the animation because the staff tried very hard to spread good vibes although we were a small group of people. I think the hotel has a very good potential and can be much better.

quite pleasant location but the rooms and the room service didn't guarantee any privacy, the rooms' doors don't close properly, noisy environment, tv did not work, parking permanently overcrowded. The food was quite good and the reception service, bar and restaurant were overall ok.

Malgré une légère dégradation constatée cette année côté nourriture et propreté des chambres , l'établissement reste toujours meilleur que la concurrence en terme du rapport prix qualité /prix, donc je le recommande.

Im großen und ganzen kein schlechtes Hotel, nur an dem Essen und an der sauberkeit sollte etwas gearbeitet werden, sowie an dem Service für Getränke innerhalb als auch außerhalb der Restaurants.

Great hotel with beach”
The hotel is paired with it's sister hotel next door and the place is super clean and tidy. There are activities scheduled throughout the day and the all inclusive nature means you can get soft drinks or cocktails as you like. The buffet options were varied with lots of local dishes too which are lovely for those who like things spicy I was very pleased at how well everything was organised and would stay again. My wife had been here several years in a row
