I would say, you must stay in Hotel Diplomatic with a fantastic breakfast. We were late check-in due to missing our flight, during the chaos I have been emailing to the hotel and got back instantly, super fast. After check-in, the reception allows us to stay a bit longer to check out, super again. Highly recommend

Not during winter”
This hotel is a good option for a stay from spring untill autumn, but not during winter. It was cold in the room during night time. And wi fi is not working. Other than that it is a good hotel.

Location wise but hotel itself is quite aging. Some need replacement ie bed sheet has big whole.

Lovely but out of date”
The hotel is nicely locatiedirecteur naar the station, short walk to city centre. It 8s really clean, and the staff is especially nice and welcoming. However the faciliyies are outdated, especially in the bqthroom (hairdryer from the 80's, showercurtain). Airco is working but only slightly. Hotel provides a bottle of free water each day and a watercooker (which however only can be used positioned on q chair given the lack of outlets).

pay 4 stars but get 3 stars quality”
The position is perfect. Close to one of the main railway station and the bus station that connect to the city airport. Inside the quality of the room is definitely basic with some annoying issues with the hot water, that in the shower simply loop from cold to burning hot without any possible solution. Breakfast and cleaning staff are really friendly but when it comes to reception you need to be lucky. the young guys are kind while the older one is very moody. for the same price, you can find a better option.

Don’t go there”
No Wi-Fi in the rooms, stuff is rude and in the first room we got (junior suit) the bathroom door was broken and cannot be closed. It’s not something they didn’t know cause some one tried to break inside I guess (maybe someone locked inside in the past) but they still gave us the room and just after 3 times IWent to the reception to call maintenance someone came said they need to change the whole door frame and he cannot fix it so they moved us to a different room. The second room didn’t have balcony and we pay the same price. You cannot call reception from the rooms. Would never recommend this hotel.

Can’t sleep all night ”
The bed quality is poor, the sheets make my skin itchy, I can’t sleep all the night ,the room is not clean, my nose is itchy...the table is also dirty, the bathroom hot water has to wait for a long time, the room equipment is very old, absolutely not four star price, just the location is perfect close Station, breakfast is good

Great location in a local area”
We loved our stay at the hotel diplomatic, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is about 20 mins walk to the centre of Turin but easily accessible and a really pleasant walk. We ate at some fantastic local restaurants.
