Clean and quiet”
Thank you for a comfortable stay. The owners are kind and the room is clean and cool. The place is right in front of UPang and there are lots of places to eat around the area. Despite the hotel being along the road, it is suprisingly quiet within the vicinity. The parking lot is spacious too. Recommended for solo travellers and couples, especially those who have places to be in within the business district.

Very accomodating po ang staff/owner. It was a nice place to stay. It is quiet despite that it is located in downtown. Very clean room, towels and toiletries were provided, but please also provide drinking glasses, mugs and electric pot.

Great Walking NOT Driving Location”
We loved the place and the people looking after it, Don Raul and his family. The location is great if you plan to walk around the place with easy access to many attractions; bridges, malls, cafes, restaurants, etc. There is a lot of traffic and the roads are narrow, so driving is not easy. The place was very clean and comfortable even though I am a big guy relatively, i slept comfortably. Towels were provided along with soap and shampoo. The T%B was large thought the sink and toilet seat were small. There was a TV, but no internet. We also had only one electrical outlet for the TV and decoder. So you will need to bring a multi-outlet cord or sacrifice the TV to charge your cells or to use your laptop. Don Raul lives there and he received us with a smile. Him and his family were very friendly and helpful. Yes, I will go there again, but I will be better prepared.

Concierge/ staff not present most of the day”
So far when we went to the hotel, staff was kind, but we had to just leave at check out because there was no one at the reception to help us when we had to go. Also, the Wi-Fi disappeared at night (or maybe because the signal was too low). Overall OK stay, recommended for travelers who prefer to be left alone.
