warm hospitality with high professionalism of staff”
Our experience of staying there was very pleasant. My wife was sick and could not go to dinner with us during our stay. The restaurant in-charge offered to send the whole set of meal or other food to the room for her. Finally we ordered congee for her. The food was delivered to the room with words of concern and good wishes from the hotel. Also, the sunset scene at the hotel was fantastic.

Perfect location to catch the sunset ”
Large spacious hotel with great ocean views. It was nice waking up to the beautiful sea views and delicious buffet breakfast. Dinner was alright but not very memorable or impressive. We enjoyed playing ping pong after dinner. Onsen was nice! I especially liked the service staff who were very friendly and accommodating. There was valet service and they also got the car ready before we checked out. The toiletries provided in the room itself were good. Other places I stayed at had good amenities in the public bath but pretty bare in the room itself. They also have free wine (during off peak period?) while watching the sunset. You can also walk down to the private beach.

There is an indoor game/play area with a ping pong table and air hockey table. I imagine it would be good for families with kids. Inside of hotel is dated. Definitely in need of new carpet. I did not realize when I booked the room that there were choices on the type of dinner served depending on the rate. When we got there I was told our dinner will be bento, served in our room. I had been told the food is delicious if we're not part of a group tour. I believe our dinner was the same as the people in group tours. The lounge by the lobby has a beautiful view and there are self-serve soft drinks, tea and coffee between 9AM - late afternoon.

快適で、帰りたくなかった。”
家族旅行で初めて宿泊（2泊3日）しました。設備や、スタッフの方の対応は口コミ通り大変満足のいくものでした。 確かに、古い部分もありましたが、宿泊には何の影響もないので、気になりません。 何より、プライベートの磯があり（砂浜ではないので、「ビーチ」感はありません）、ほんのちょっと潜ってみただけでも沢山の魚を観ることができました。 台風が近づいていたので、満喫できなかったのは残念でしたが、それでも、快適な宿泊ができたので、後ろ髪を引かれる思いでホテルを後にしました。

遅い夏休み”
家族皆休みがバラバラで急遽遅い夏休みが取れたので伺いました。共通の趣味が海釣りなので西伊豆南伊豆には30年以上続けて毎年何度も行っていますがこちらは最高に良かったです。ただ夕飯が申し込みしていないと当日は食べることが出来ず周囲の店は早い時間に閉まってしまい途方に暮れました。東京の地元ではコロナ禍以降花火が中止になってしまったので家族で久しぶりに楽しい思いが出来ましたし朝ごはんもとても美味しかったです。1泊しか出来なかったのが残念でした。

ホテルのスタッフの方はとても良い印象です。宿泊施設は古いなりに清潔感はありますが、部屋に移動するまでの廊下が若干カビ臭さがあり、少し残念でした。部屋は◎。 食事に関しては、朝はどこのホテルとも大差ない、普通のバイキングの印象ですが、夕食のバイキングは各料理の配置が悪過ぎて料理を取るのに時間がかかりかなりストレスを感じました。特に、人気のお刺身、お寿司、天ぷらが隣接して横並びでしたのでかなり混雑してました。列の誘導もなかったので、そこは誰か一人でも誘導の方が居れば良かったかなと思います。

ドリンクが10時まで飲み放題で良かったです。フロントや部屋からの景色は最高でした。食事も和食ですが、とてもよい味つけで美味しかったです。食事の際のスタッフさんもとてもいい感じでした。ただ、チェックアウトの際に見送りのスタッフが居ないので寂しく感じました。写真を撮ってもらおうと思ったのに、誰もいなかったので残念です。

行ってみて分かったサービスがいっぱい”
領収書の金額がチェックアウトで受けた内容と印刷された内容で一致していなく、料金明細がよくわからなかった。事前に依頼していたサービスも忘れられていて、残念な気持ちになった。 だけど、それを補うほどウエルカムドリンクサービスや、アイスサービスなどが満載で家族みんな大喜びでした。
