When I initially came across the hotel's advertisement online, it portrayed an elegant and luxurious establishment, leading me to believe it was worthy of its claimed four-star rating. However, the reality was starkly different, and I feel compelled to emphasize that the price I paid for this accommodation was absolutely unjustifiable. The absence of breakfast, despite my prior booking, was a disheartening discovery. It is unreasonable for a hotel, especially one claiming to be four stars, to neglect to provide such a basic amenity. This unexpected turn of events disrupted our morning routine and left us feeling inconvenienced and undervalued as guests. Moreover, the condition of the furniture and sanitary facilities in the room was woefully inadequate. It was evident that the hotel had not maintained them properly. The bathrooms, in particular, were poorly maintained, with leaking shower handles that allowed water to escape uncontrollably. This lack of attention to detail and maintenance is inexcusable for a hotel claiming to be of a higher standard. To compound matters, the absence of even the most basic amenities in the room was disappointing. As guests, we expected certain essentials to be provided, but the room fell short in this regard. Such a deficiency is unacceptable, especially considering the hotel's claim of a four-star rating. The cumulative effect of these issues left us feeling like we had paid an exorbitant amount for an experience that was more akin to a two-star hotel. The price we paid was wholly disproportionate to the quality of service and overall experience we received.
