Shower was a bit funky. Very hot one second and then medium hot- without changing the dial. Breakfast was amazing and very filling! Good coffee and juice selection.

Really cannot rate the place highly enough , because of the lovely staff on breakfast and Chit Chat Cafe. Gym is superb, lots of vintage Technogym kit there frm when they used to make great kit. Massage in spa was very good, Breakfast very nice. Did not use the pool as i am fair skinned and was worried about sunburn. Very good selection of movie channels. Housekeeping was veyr very good, brought me a special chocolate. Room sevice burger was firsty class. Breakfast great selection, although PLEASE can we have baked beans as well for western breakfast? Only downside is the location, but about a 6 usd cab ride to District 1, can be difficult sometimes to find a cab round there. Near to the Ho Thi Ky food market street which is well worth a visit , a place unknown to most foreign tourists

the staff at this hotel from check in to check out were very friendly and provided outstanding service. English spoken by most staff. breakfast buffet was superb. New years Eve dinner buffet was really spectacular. Incredible selection of seafood and meats and a very good selection of free flowing wine included. Room was quiet and bed very comfortable. If I had any suggestion for the hotel it was that the furniture in the room looked well worn, and for a five star hotel, should be replaced. The pool was very nice and clean. The location is not very convenient, for what we like to do. Make sure that if you want the breakfast buffet included with your room, that you book a room with breakfast included.

The staff was very helpfull and nice. We could use the swimming pool only if not crowded (more than 3-5 people) and breakfast is good but a la carte. WE enjoy the stay even the problems of the covid.
