Botique Hotel”
Since this is a relatively new hotel in Tacloban, as expected, the facilities are also still new. Room is very clean and has all the toiletries we needed - toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner. Towels and hotel slippers were also provided. A plus is the restaurant at the ground floor where they serve really good breakfast buffet and a cafe & bar lounge at their roof deck at the 5th floor serving coffee and pastries aside from beer and wine.

Stayed here twice already. The location is very accessible. It’s near Metro Mall, hospital and the museum. My dad lost his cane the night before we checked out and the staff was able to find it (outside hotel) and called us to return the cane. The restaurant offers a lot of delicious food. Skye cafe became my favorite hangout place whenever we’re in Tacloban. All in all 100/100. Thanks Hotel Estrella!

Pros- 1. walking distance to sto. nino shrine and calle zaragosa cafe (delicious and affordable) 2. Walking distance to gaisano mall and puregold ( where you can buy groceries for your kalanggaman tour) 3. One ride to the convention center where you can buy pasalubong such as chocolate moron, binangol and fridge magnet 4. Clean and spacious rooms. 5. They change the beddings everyday. 6. Delicious breakfast ( buffet) Cons- the bathroom is a little bit smelly.

I did a right choice in choosing this hotel. Also, the staff helped me in carrying my gifts to my relative's home while I am busy surprising my relatives. Our brief stay was worthwhile.The rate was worth it. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Place is really clean and cozy. It is located at the center of everything but not too crowded. I will definitely recommend this to others.

The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated. Our room ( Noble) was spacious and clean. They provided welcome drinks which was delicious. They had a complete set of toiletries. The aircondition worked well. There was a TV with cable. The breakfast buffet was really good. The staff were attentive and helpful in giving advice about how to get to our next destination. The only con I can say that the shower was a bit confusing to operate/turn on. Maybe they could put a label or instructions.

I had a nice stay at this hotel. I had a Noble room and it was right across the lift. They have a nice and presentable rooms and their breakfast was sumptuous. I just wish they have a roof deck pool!

Breakfast was sumptuous, perfect sunny side up. As requested, room had a strong wifi signal. Room flaws: towel bar screw needs repair. Air conditioning unit was located at a corner going into the comfort room thus blocking the cold air.

Cons: Room quite small, breakfast choices needs to improve its all processed food (hotdog,ham,longganisa) , pillow was too hard I had a stiff neck the next day. Pro: Location is 1 ride to the airport, a few mins. to downtown area, room is very clean, very hospitable staff.
