Good experience clean and good interior rooms helpful staff. Dal lake walking just 5 mints by walk, main Market and lots of out restaurants outside the hotel, good value for money

Pathetic service”

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone . They confirmed our booking but at the time of checkout completely denied. We were with our 2little kids and reached at night there. Still they did not help. We were like searching for hotels for same night but there were no rooms left. At last. We found something at the cost of double charges।।। Seriously there is no humanity these hotel owner has.।।

Bahut he bekar hotel, koi saaf safai, beds k mattress worst condition me the, kambal rajai lagta h saalo se saaf nhi kiye h, bar bar light ka jana, customers k bar bar shoes bahar inkalwana, es se kam me aur es se 3 times better hotel apko mil jayege, galti se b zayda din ki booking kr k na jaye , check-in krne se pahle room dekh le , Thanks
