What I didn’t like was that at night they have this kind of bar at the hallway of the hotel so going in and out of the hotel you are seen by all these customers. There is no privacy at all. Other than this, everything is excellent.

All the staff (front desk, house keeping, guards, cafe personnel) were friendly and helpful. The Presidential Room was decently spacious for 3 people. The bathroom was acceptable and clean, although it just needed upgraded fixtures and tile work particularly the small part on the floor separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom. Ala carte breakfast only had 4 choices everyday. Food was alright with a little touch of presentation/ plating which showed me the quality of their service. However they just need to increase the portion size of their food since I can almost fit the meat (ie. tocino, tapa) in a spoon. Other than that, our overall experience with Hotel Fina was above average!

Nice place but can be improved”
Our first night in here is in a deluxe room which is spacious enough for two person. Everything works well : lightings, AC, TV, mini fridge, electric kettle, hair blower; the downside is the foul smell coming from the restroom. Also, i expected a nice view of Mt. Mayon from their roofdeck/poolside as seen on their advertisement but I got disappointed. The pool is small, i suggest you check actual and recent photos.

A noticeable change in the attitude of the staff from past visits ... this s good. Food is okay but still needs to be improved. Food inventory will find some of the menu items "not available". Open (customer pay) breakfast menu would be nice as the complementary breakfast can get boring real fast. Otherwise, will return again.

The hotel is way too expensive for the facilities it offers. The rooms are poorly lit, not well maintained and a bit dank. The only thing I liked was the hot water from the faucet and shower and the service of the hotel staff.

Pool and jacuzzi was not cleanest. Room beddings were full of folds when we first arrived. Even after asking them to replace the bedsheets, they were still full of folds. It looked like it was not ironed. Pipes under the sink were rusty. The mirror in the bathroom was dirty. The wifi was not fast. The free breakfast that came with our reservation was limited to only 3 types of dishes for 4 days, which was very disappointing! However, the staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. The free transportation from airport to hotel was also appreciated, but I hope they don't limit the time anymore to 12 NN and 1 PM. Overall, the hotel was average. However
