We liked the location since the main touristic attractions were in a walking distance.
We paid for a standard room which was REALLY small, and the bathroom was a tiny one with a water leak. When we showered the whole bathroom was covered in water. What made our stay very uncomfortable was the heat in the room. We had to be constantly controlling the room temperature by waking up several times during the night covered in sweat to open the windows. And at least, we were expecting a decent breakfast but unfortunately the breakfast was very poor. We traveled in January and probably a bit off-season. Either way, we were guests of that hotel and we should have been offered a better service. Beside its location there was nothing pleasant in this hotel.

Small and cozy”

I was traveling with my husband and my parents. And we were staying in 2 double rooms for 2 nights in Korca. We live in Tirana so this was a week-end for a change. When choosing a hotel the following 3 points were extremely important for me: heating (as it was end of November, and in Albania heating is sometimes an issue), parking and location (walking distance from the main sights). The heating was perfect. I was very happy. We could regulate the temperature ourselves. The parking was in the street for free and available in abundance, although the hotel is in the very centre. It was not my first time in Korca and I knew all the places but I wanted to show them to my parents who were there for the first time. The weather was quite cold and rainy most of the time. The only place we used the car to go to within the city was villa Cofiel for one of the lunches, the rest we explored on foot. Sleeping was very comfortable, the mattresses and pillows are really nice. The breakfast is nicely served and big. And fresh coffee from the coffee machine was included, which was very pleasant.
There were a couple of things that I didn't like. First of all, the size of the rooms. My parents' room was a bit bigger and my room was very small. The bedside cabinet was only on one side of the bed on the other side of the bed there was hardly any space to put a foot. There was no chair or table, no fridge. Looks like the hotel may have bigger rooms with chairs and a fridge for a higher price. We were paying basic price. Secondly, there was a leak in the bathroom. Generally the bathroom is quite spacious, warm and nice. But every time we used the shower cabin the water was spreading on the floor and there was no mop to dry it, so we were obliged to use a towel. And also the hot water sometimes took a while of waiting to come.
