Great location for a reasonable price ”
This is actually my second time to stay at Forza. What I like about the hotel is its great location and their comfortable room setting. This time, I didn’t get to have a room with a massage chair, but the room had a pillow size of a portable massage machine which helped tired legs at least. I again chose not to include their breakfast, but it seemed good. I’ll definitely book the hotel again.

Great location, big room, clean”
They have two hotels near Hakata station, I went to the one just next to the Hakata station which was the wrong one, the staff there was friendly and helpful, and showed me the way to the correct one. Quite near the station, cross the road and turn left in the first corridor, within 5 mins walk. The room and washroom are very big! Only thing I felt upset was the price down after I booked the hotel...

The hotel is two subway stops from airport. About one block walking distance to Rail station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well thought out. Breakfast was very good. Lots of really nice restaurants nearby too. Room was quite, did not offer views, at least our room, but we were just here one night.

Value for money. The hotel location is superb. Very convenient, easy to access mass transportation. Close to airport. Great service and full functionality of room facilities with extra equipment like feet massaged, neck massage pillow, IPAD, free Wifi, vaporizer, air cleaner machine etc. Staff is very helpful and friendly with English speaking. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!

It's very clean and comfort. There are fully equipment in the room. Especailly the legs massage machine!! The location is quite close to Hakata Staion and easy to find it. There is a 7-11 in the corner of street also convenient. I'll stay here again when traveling Fukuoka next time.

Hotel is just across the street from Hakata station, it is like 5 minutes walk. Very good location, as there are many restaurants nearby and also close to the train station. There is also subway & bus station in the Hakata station. The room size is quite good considering this is Japan. There is a bath tub in the shower. The shower is pretty good size. The bed is very comfortable. Room is clean. Internet is fast. Highly recommend this hotel

They have a decent selection for breakfast for a small size hotel. The room with massage chair was really nice. Also, it’s about 5mins or less from JR Hakata station with a convenience store round the corner. Room was spotless!

got upgraded to a higher room type, breakfast option was ok but got tiring after the 3rd day. Hotel is a few steps away from hakata sta and alot of restaurant choices nearby. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended our stay for another 2 days

Super clean and entire facility is non-smoking; staff was not warm”
My husband and I stayed here for one night in Dec. It was within walking distance to the station and newly built in 2017. Location was also easily accessible to Canal City and to Nakasu Food Stall-Hawker place. The property being non-smoking was a no-brainer for us to select this place. We were quite happy with our Twin Room being spacious with separate toilet, vanity room and shower/bath tub. Hubby enjoyed the massage cushion to the point where we thought about buying one on Amazon! I enjoyed taking advantage of the wireless waterproof speaker while taking a shower. I also loved their almond scented shower gel. I gave 3-stars for Staff because the front desk staff were quite cold and apathetic. We had just checked out and and was on the way to the station when I got a time sensitive material where I had to DocuSign and we immediately returned to the hotel to use their wifi in the lobby. As a Japanese I was quite taken aback with their attitude when I politely explained my urgency.

Very impressed with this hotel!”
Stayed here on our last 2 nights in Fukuoka and we were very impressed with the staff's warm hospitality and the entire customer experience received from this hotel. Location is about a 10 min walk from Hakata station and close to eateries and nearby malls. Room is of decent size and there's a back massager in the room as well! The breakfast spread was acceptable and the coffee machine offered 24 hours in the lobby was a plus for guests who wanted a cuppa anytime of the day. Will definitely stay here again!
