Not the best”

Cleanliness, Authenticity, Proper Japanese Experience

Our stay was quite a comfortable one. The bedding was very comfortable and clean. The major issue we had was location. We were lucky enough to have some locals help us find the place, otherwise, we would have gotten pretty lost in the dark. Checking in was relatively smooth, but it becomes an issue you when asking for assistance as the staff only speak Japanese. The Ryokan was relatively old and could use a paint job. Apart from that, a bit pricey, I would probably pick another spot next time.

周辺にイオンやレストランあり便利、屋上から富士山を一望できる、古いが掃除が行き届いている

・建物は古いですが、掃除は行き届いていて清潔です。 ・夜間活動して昼部屋で休むという変則的な時間で利用させていただきましたが、鍵の受け渡しや掃除の時間帯などこちらの希望を優先して対応していただき、大変助かりました。 ・近くにイオンやレストランがあり、買い物や食事に便利です。 ・屋上から富士山が綺麗に見えます。 ・掃除の時間を除き、お風呂が24時間使えて便利でした。

Rodzinny ryokan z przemiłą obsługą”

Bardzo miły właściciel, położenie, łatwość dotarcia

Tradycyjny japoński ryokan prowadzony przez całą rodzinę. Widać, że niejapońscy turyści są tutaj rzadkością, za to jest popularny wśród Japończyków. Obsługa nie mówiła po angielsku, ale mimo udało się porozumieć w najważniejszych kwestiach. Minusem był pokój non-smoking (specjalnie taki wybrałem), który jednak śmierdział papierosami.
