Great room, but bad internet connection”
I booked a room for my trip. Everything is good. But my room can't reach the hotel's internet connection. They claim they are a business hotel but the internet connection isn't cover all the hotel.

Top location but lousy run-down place”
Top location right by the beach in the heart of Shirahama. Disappointing though as the whole facility looks like very run-down, dirty, some rubbish on the first floor, unmanned reception that hasn’t been cleaned up… Any inspection would have this place shut down! The rooms are just OK. There was a coffee machine and water dispenser on the reception floor but no cups!? No cups in the room either. This place is a living example of how much Japan’s tourism infrastructure is being neglected! Japan, you can do better. Very disappointing and definitely NOT recommended!

No Wifi in the room and CR is not clean”
1. Wifi is only available in the lobby. It should be extended in all rooms. 2. Comfort room is dirty. Cleaning fee (¥3500 which is deducted on my credit card) should not be mandatory since the place in not well maintained.

O local é incrível, a praia é linda, mas o hotel deixa muito a desejar, a falta de limpeza me deixou muito triste, o banheiro com cheiro horrível e encardido. Se fosse um valor baixo eu até entenderia, mas o valor que foi cobrado deveria ser um hotel incrível com boas instalações.

すぐ前がビーチとコンビニと温泉があり歩いて回れるところで満足できます。ロビーに漫画があり寝る前に読みに行ってしまいます。ロビーが静かでWiFiがバッチリ入るので仕事はかどります。

すぐ近くの温泉は今地元の方以外は規制されてますが、車で5分程度のところで温泉に入れました。すぐ近くにいろいろ温泉や食べ物屋さんがあるので飽きません。
