    Not a good hotel”

    Convenient location but poor on cleanliness. The room size was big with two king size beds. However the carpet and bathroom was not clean. The food was average and kitchen and surrounding area was unclean.

    Good stay at a decent property”

    Our stay was good thanks to the nice hotel staff. The room size is smaller than average. The rooms were neat and clean. Staff is courteous and friendly. The rooms gives a beautiful view of the Kanchenjunga range. Our plan had breakfast and dinner, food is fine. Overall, a good stay. We didn't face any issues. Housekeeping is done regularly and of there are any issues it is addressed immediately.
