Amazing hotel great location”
This place is fantastic. I arrived early and was able to get into my room at 12 midday. If you are a Godzilla fan, this is a must stay as there is a giant Godzilla h head in the 8th floor, where the reception and cafe are located. I don't think it has a pool but they have a gym. Great value room and good size even for the single room I had. Very clean, friendly staff. I visited during the Covid-19 time so it was nearly empty and probably why it was so cheap. Still very very clean. Close to Golden Gai area which is a must to visit if you like a cosy bar to drink the night away with newly meet friends. A short walk to the limousine express bus terminal only 15 mins. If you arrive from Haneda, get the limousine express bus to the first non airport stop. From there get a free WE bus across the road directly to the hotel. Ticket is free if you ride the limo bus. Just ask about it when you get off at the first stop. YouTube has videos on how to do this and it is very luggage friendly unlike the train 1250 yen. Good at the cafe is great but you'll probably eat out at the many ramen places downstairs. It's a quick train ride into Shibuya crossing. Although it is supposed to be a bit of a red light area it is completely safe at all hours. Bring a travel power adaptor for Japan. I'll be staying here next visit for sure.

Best Hotel For First-Timers”
We booked this hotel for our first trip to Japan and it was the greatest experience ever! I did my research to try to find a good place in the center of it all and this was it. We flew in to the Narita airport and took the Narita Express to get to this hotel. The train station was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel room itself had a beautiful view of the city the bathroom was so spacious! I took many baths in the enormous tub! We booked our room with breakfast included and I am so glad we did because it saved us so much money! The breakfast buffet they have is delicious. I loved that we had western style food available but also Japanese style food that we could enjoy. To get to all the nice places in Tokyo you have to walk or take the train so being so close to a train station is a plus. We are planning our next trip already and we will be booking here again because of how much we loved the facility, the staff, and its location.

Fantastic hotel with thoughtful details”
A friend and I loved our stay in the hotel. We had a twin room which was big enough for our two large suitcase, two large snowboard bags and room for us to move around. The hotel had everything you would expect from a four star hotel in a major city but the thoughtful little extras really blew us away. The pocket wifi device was a stand out, being able to carry that with us as our own hotspot, just awesome. We had read some other traveller reviews on Tokyo that mentioned wifi is everywhere which is not true, it can be difficult to figure out the rail network so wifi really got us out of a few confusing situations. Also loved the the pyjamas, we really wanted to bring those home, the lovely bedding and good quality soap and lotion etc was on point. Breakfast was good value with some variety but I imagine after 3 days it might get a bit boring. We loved this hotel so much we decided to book the same chain in Kyoto.

Great location near bars, restaurants, and Shinjuku Station!”
I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel! We had a great room on an upper floor with a bit more space than some of the other, similarly priced rooms we've had in Tokyo. The view was great, the hotel was clean, and check in/check out were quick and easy. The hotel was a relatively short walk from Shinjuku Station, and we were able to easily connect to most locations in the city. The 7-11 on the ground floor was an added bonus. The neighborhood was definitely lively on Friday and Saturday night, and the touts outside some of the clubs were not shy. That said, I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable (and I live in a relatively small, rural town when I'm not traveling. There's no gym or pool, but you can access a nearby gym with a lap pool at a discounted price. I didn't see that advertised, and its a great perk.

This hotel is less than 10mins walking distance from shinjuku station, exit from East exit. In fact you can sight the trademark ( Godzilla head) at a distance. Entrance to hotel lobby abit puzzling at first. Very clean, modern hotel. Our room is standard, double bed on 16 flr. Great view. Room may be small, but includes all modern amenities. Great bathroom, i totally enjoy using it. Regardless wether you are a fan of godzilla or not, the facilities are worth checking this hotel out. Hotel is central to shopping & food experiences,. Very very worth it. Love it, & certainly will stay again if i visit Tokyo.

Second times book hotel gracery! This is a very nice hotel with great location and many restaurants downstairs. The room is provided with a handy smartphone which allows you bring it out, you can make free call and internet service is allowed! Will definitely book this hotel again when I go tokyo again!!!

Great Value, Location, Stay here”
Beautiful interior, great restaurants and pubs nearby, in the heart of Shinjuku's nightlife. Train station is only 5 minutes away (this is key as tokyo uber and taxi's are insanely priced) the staff are amazing and waiting on you hand and foot to help out. Unfortunately i was only transiting back home to the US because of Covid, definately plan to go back asap.

Not family with kids hotel”
This hotel near ichiran ramen, gyukatsu motomura, donq, subway and other shopping store which is very strategic. But, this hotel very not suitable for kids because located in adult (some kind red district) many adult picture, sexy pic and people offering ++ here. A little bother walking with kids here at night.

Modern hotel in a centralised location ”
Definitely recommend this hotel, staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is the top selling point and bonus is the Gozilla. The nanotechnology in the room help keep the air clean and moisturize so won’t dry out my skin, love it! Bathroom has wet and dry space which is another reason to love it! Standing shower and long bath as I hate showering in a tub (being clumsy). The pillows are a winner; great support and it is sll tne small details that won me over!

First time staying at this hotel. We selected based on location as we want to explore night mode of Shinjuku. The hotel is clean and room has great ambiance. Room with 3 beds are spacious and cozy with separate bathroom partition. Staff and concierge service were very helpful! Concierge was very helpful with the translation service and follow-up of our lost item on the train, wrapping service and help make reservation to one of the busiest restaurant!! The privilege of staying at this hotel extends beyond the membership subscription. From extended check out time to discount in restaurants (you need to just show your room key card to the restaurants). Oh, and meet the great Gozilla at the hotel's corridor. I only have 2 downsides about the hotel, toilet is a bit small though understandable for city hotel AND we hope to run into great promotion next time so we can return and stay longer at the hotel!
