The location of hotel have a nice hill views, there is no traffic sound because it is bit away from main road. Near to Taman Tasik Taiping, the zoo and Bukit Larut entrance.The room is clean and spacious, very comfortable.

Spacious Room with Good View”
Well this is my first time getting a room that are so spacious without paying much. The tub also is a plus point for my wife and kid. The room is clean, so do the toilet. The view is of Taiping city and I can see my school which brings back many nostalgic moments. The food is also good and varies. Oh and I found out that they have event space on the rooftop with the view of Bukit Larut! Gonna recommend it to my family and friends. Overall rating: 5/5. Thanks for giving us a good trip stay.

Walking distance to Zoo Taiping, Botani Garden, Taman Tasik, and etc. I love that they have a beautiful swimming pool that suitable for kids. But please dont let your kids run around the area, it is quite slippery if wet. Magnificent view. Friendly staff. Please take their breakfast. Taste good. I have seen bad review on their foods, but i think they have upgrade it. Because i am very satisfied. The parking is spacious. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The best hotel in town”
The room is very clean, ample space for family of 4. The staff is friendly. Very near to the city and just a walking distance to Taiping Lake Garden and Zoo Taiping. The room service is good and we ordered food and the food is very nice. The only thing need to fix is the toilet. The drainage bathtub is very flow to release the water. take very long time for the water to clean off. And water from the sink is leacking from below and makes the toilet always wet. Anything else is good.

This is my second time staying overnight here. A pleasant stay with a nice environment. Spacious room and bathroom as well. The greenery view from the balcony is so soothing for the eyes. Enjoyed breakfast even though there were not many menus. I really enjoyed the nasi lemak with a black coffee. The kuihs are tasty as well. Don't forget to bring your jogging shoes where you can take a brisk walk along the botany garden and Taiping war cemetery. Yes, I will definitely back here again.

Very huge room. Aircond very cold. Have water heater & hair dryer. Have iron board but no iron maybe have to request. Beds were comfy but have a little stain on sheets. Have 1 extra pillow. Tv channel is clear. Pool is big and clean. Many monkeys but its ok. Breakfast is good for me. Location very near to zoo. Parking a bit limited. Overall. I like it.

I was really love it the view, peaceful place to stay. The room was big and comfortable. I wish manage upgrade their service for 4 pax living will be more good seems we was one family. They don’t have 4 pax living and we can’t be separate room which uncomfortable, seems you have big living area so can be occupied with 2 queen bed which will be helpful to those travelling with family. Besides that all was good.

Overall, it is a nice hotel, near to town and very peaceful during day/night. Complete with iron and hair dryer. But only 1 pillow provided. Chairs need to be clean properly as there are stains on it. Bathtub in my room 211 is not working properly as its blocked. Limited breakfast choice but taste really good.

Beautiful hotel. Price is cheap as we get so much from the facilities. Room has balcony, bathtub, hairdryer, TV works well, got carpark, near to Taiping lake, nice view from hotel ... BUT I hope hotel grand Baron don't stapler our deposit money please... I felt like my heart got two holes when the staff stapler my money.

Staff really friendly. I stay 4D 3N they always make up my room and change all the things. The green view of Bukit Larut really peaceful. I like it. The pool also big and I little bit upset about the sauna. Still under maintenance Maybe this is a new opening hotel. But i really satisfied during i stayed at this hotel.

Most I like this hotel there is a private balcony can see the sunset and enjoy the fresh and comfortable night air. Room cleanliness is satisfactory. The swimming pool was clean and beautiful. For dinner, we buy food at the food court not far from the hotel. My family and I really enjoy our stay at this hotel.

From the balcony u can see Bukit Larut(maxwell hill) view w the sound of jungle. Theres even a bathtub👍 Outdoor pool which is a point for family w kids. Breakfast was good eventhough not much variety but for us is enough. Walking distance to burmese pool & bukit larut entrance. 3-4 mnutes to Zoo Taiping & lake garden by car. Maybe need to make rule for those who are swimming-lift were soaking wet during swimming hours.

This is quite a new hotel in Taiping. It is located in a quiet part of Taiping. It is near to Maxwell Hill. The room given was 335. It was clean during my visit, large and practical for a small family. Amenities are complete. The pool was open and large enough for a good swim. Must try. Breakfast was decent. Immediately felt welcomed at home. Book without doubt.

Location is good, at the beautiful lake garden, drive to the food court area is within 10mins. Room is big too. Suggest to improve the bathroom by add on a shower curtain / shower screen & add few clothes hanging hook in the room.
