One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Japan. Close to JR station & others attractions are by feet only. They even provided a prayer room, prayer mat and Muslim friendly food upon request. The staffs were super helpful too.

Wonderful hotel! We spent NYE there. Hotel foyer party was fun. We spent my birthday there - dinner on the 19th floor - just wonderful! Classical music in the foyer during the festive season was outstanding. Staff were wonderful!

Being the first time in Okayama is quite daunting. Luckily we secured a room in Hotel Granvia and everything is so awesome. Staffs were nice and the hotel is conveniently located beside the Okayama station with a connector bridge. Room was also bigger vs other Japanese states

I chose it because of the indoor pool and location but I was pleasantly surprised at everything they had to offer. The staff was really nice and helpful. Especially the restaurant staff who catered to my seafood allergy on short notice. The cleaners were great too! And the pool was fabulous! The moment I got back to my apartment, I wanted my room in the hotel. I will definitely be coming back here when I visit Okayama again.

Very easy to access from the JR station. Good range of facilities in compact room including small sofa and even an ironing board. Bottles of water provided everyday. I would especially like to thank Ms Tomomi Tokuyama for her kind assistance.

Cannot fault the location of this hotel. We got what we wanted and it was connected to a mall which was itself connected to the train station. Couldn't ask for more. And the staff were well trained and prompt with questions. 2 thumbs up

I stayed here because of JR trains' cancellation by the typhoon. It was a strong storm outside; however, the hotel room was so quiet and comfortable, and I never noticed the storm inside the room. The room was the best place to do my business work.

Perfect Location and Kind Staff”
We arrived at the hotel after 3 days of long travel to 3 other cities. We were exhausted and our kids cranky. The staff was exceptionally helpful, and the front staff spoke English to help us through the more complicated parts. The triple room was a little tight for 5, but the bathroom was very nice, and the breakfast delightful. It’s across the street from a huge Aeon Mall with shopping and dining options and our room faced the station which my boys loved. For a longer stay we would need more room, but for smaller groups this is a perfect choice!!

First the cons: next to the station, helpful staff, quiet, everything works as it should. However, you can’t overlook that it is a very old fashioned hotel with 90s decor. Our room does not even have a USB port for charging. Wi-Fi is good though. Old fashioned bathtub and taps. That said, water pressure is good and bathtub is deep. For the price we paid and its location, I would highly recommend it.
