It is just located in Osaka Station, around 3 minutes walk from the Osaka JR central exit, it is very convenient. Room is clean, small but enough for two pax plus two 24inch luggage, and we feel comfortable in the room. The hotel is very thoughtful, the room is small but it have everything all you need include humidifier and a phone with internet. The hot water is available immediately when you change to hot tap (you will understand what I am saying if you have experience that you need to wait for hot water and standing nude for few minutes). The toilet paper quality also better than other hotel. LOL. Anyway, if you plan to visit Kyoto or travel to other area than Osaka, I will recommend to stay this hotel for its excellent location and value for money.

Best hotel for me with young children”
We took a room with 4 beds and it is quite big for a hotel in Japan, especially me with 3 young kids. The hotel is very convenience as it is located right at the train station. There are lot of elevators from station to hotel so very easy for me with a stroller. The hotel staff is super nice. The bedroom is clean and I like there is a big coffee table, easy for me and kids to sit around it to eat takeaway foods. Also the hotel is near to groceris , 7eleven, if I need to buy any fruits or juices just go down and buy it. We surely will stay here if we go to Osaka again.

Pleasant Stay at Osaka ”
The hotel is located inside the station. It is easier to travel to any part of Kansai from the hotel. Restaurants and convenient shop, Tokyu Hands and shopping mall are between walking distance. Room is spacious and comfortable. Clean bed sheet and towels are being changed every day, their do the housekeeping properly where you can't find any dirty dust in the room. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to travel to Osaka. For sure, this is my favorite hotel in Osaka. Good Job Granvia Osaka!

Totally in love with this hotel - Best location you can ever get, just right above Osaka Station and walking distance to a whole lot of other lines. I travelled with Mum for this trip and we were on trains 99% of the time so this gave us a really good chance to explore many places in Osaka and beyond - Yes, we even took a train back to Kyoto on our last day, simply because it was so convenient, plus Kobe and Nara too! Never get bored staying here, there are lots of places to head to around the area. Hotel staff were awesome, friendly and really accommodating - Gave lovely advice for places of interests and what to look out for. In addition, this hotel is one of the designated reseller for the one-day Osaka Pass - Must have, and do plan your day properly to maximize the benefits! For onsen lovers, you might want to know that this hotel doesn't provide onsen or public baths but other than that, everything else is great!

3D2N Osaka trip from Tokyo”
Linked to Osaka station, very convenient as there is direct access into Daimaru. A few stops away from USJ. Very near to Kobe. 4 stops away to Sannomiya to eat the best Kobe beef. There is also an outlet mall Kobe Sanda Premium Outlet nearby. Very good location and very spacious room for our family of 2 adults and 4 children. With 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Prompt daily cleaning service and nice cafe with delicious strawberry short cake at the lobby.

Cannot think of any cons except maybe price of buffet breakfast a bit high. I've had more elaborate for less cost. However, the location is great and staff was extremely professional and helpful, female staff more so than Male. I felt they were more proficient in English maybe. We had bottled water put in room daily along with other bathroom amenities replenished daily. I would definitely stay here again.

Quality Hotel with easy access to trains/subway”
We had a party of 5 and rented 2 rooms. Hotel staff was excellent. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Very good location for day trips to surrounding cities via JR trains. Plenty of food locations around the hotel. We would stay again if/when we visit Osaka again.

Spacious room in excellent location”
We loved this hotel and this room. It is right next to the JR train station (inside it really). This was the most spacious and well-furnished room we had on our trip. We also booked our Universal Studios Japan tickets at the front desk and they gave us the cutest pouch to keep our tickets.

2nd time staying in this hotel! Certainly happy with it too! The triple room is super spacious (no wonder it gets sold out immediately!) The amenities are great (loved the abundance of bottled water and toiletries provided by the staff), and the view from the 26th floor is love! Location of the hotel is perfect - just beside the JR Osaka station and close to malls like Daimaru, Hankyu, HEP, and Yodobashi. A must recommend!

Daimaru Dept. store right outside the front door of the Granvia. Three 7 Elevens 2 minutes away in the train station Grand Front mall is an easy 5 minute walk through the train station. Granvia is conveniently located in theJR station Granvia offers an excellent buffet breakfast with impeccable service, very nice selection of authentic Japanese food, Western eggs, french toast, ham, made to order omelettes, fresh yogurt and fresh fruit etc. All delicious and well prepared.

Can't beat the location and service!”
I was here with my friends for 4 nights. We were able to check in before 2pm. Staff was extremely nice and upgraded us to the 27th floor. I was over the moon with the treat. The room is spacious and there is lounge facility which you can use for coffee or tea and a small selection of drinks in the afternoon. Granvia has always been my first choice whenever I travel to Osaka. Highly recommended because of its convenient location and accessibility.

Excellent location and great price. Staff incredibly helpful and speaks English very well. As an American traveler there were no communication barriers. The only negative (for me) was that the bed is a bit firm for my tastes. But that is more than made up for with all the other positives. 9/10 would definitely stay here again and will recommend to my friends.

Family room looks great!it can fit up to 4 adults + 2 kids.we also had a great city view👌 Breakfast buffet was good (hands down to their signature french toast).they serve bacon too!😊 Location is perfect.osaka station is right below the hotel,umeda station is just about 250m away.there are 2 shopping centers within the osaka station.👍 The hotel is clean&staff are courteous&very helpful.😊 We will definitely stay here again! A wonderful hotel right in heart of the transport hub of Osaka. You never have to leave, everything is here. I would recommend you book with the hotel directly. If you need to adjust your travel plans an Agoda booking is difficult to amend. It is nearly impossible to reach a live person by phone or e mail at Agoda.
