Good value for money 4 Stars hotel”
the hotel guadalete located 20 minutes walk from the jerez old town is a lovely 4 stars hotel. the room very well designed and clean with a very large and comfortable bed. the hotel have a very large pool area ideal for sunbathing. finally the price was very affordable and i would definitely recommend the hotel guadalete.

Swimming pool closed; need taxi to city centre”
We booked this hotel only because it had a swimming pool. When we arrived we found the pool to be closed and maintenance being carried out. Before we booked this hotel we checked their website and there was no information stating the pool was closed. The hotel is outside the city centre and had we known about the pool we would have booked a hotel in in the city centre. Instead we had to get taxis in and out of the centre as there is nothing to do in or near to the hotel. Also we booked a double room which turned out to be a twin room with the beds pushed together. The hotel was clean and the staff seemed friendly, but we didn't get what was actually advertised when we booked it.

Good location for bodega visits”
unfortunately i arrived on a saturday along with seemingly thousands of outside visitors all of whom made their way to the pool. the noise and mess was enormous with a huge dvd screen at one end of the pool. non existent restaurant, bar opened only from 8-11pm. one person on reception.no porter for luggage. seems that the economic down turn has hit this place hard.

Disaster”
when we woke up the next morning to find no hot water and then no electricity in the whole hotel. The hotel offered to take us to another hotel 10minutes away for a hot shower but this was not acceptable. The hotel should have been closed this weekend we stayed and was not fit to stay. I voiced my complaint with the staff but all they said was sorry and this was not good enough.

Fuimos un par de días , la piscina estaba sucia no tenia un mantenimiento, no había socorrista, las hamacas estaban deterioradas , el minibar no funcionaba , la cama era bastante amplia , pero hacia mucho ruido , el aire acondicionado no era regulable , deja mucho que desear , para mi el hotel no es de 4 estrellas , 2 como mucho .

Queríamos visitar Cádiz, el zoo e ir a la playa cuando quisiéramos y en ciudades costeras era carísimo. En este hotel está todo eso cerca y además mas asequible. Es tranquilo, limpio y tiene piscina.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig, Betten sehr gut, die Bäder voll schönem Marmor. Nur der Swimmingpool war schon im Winterschlaf im Oktober und der Verkehr von der Straße war recht laut.

Von dem zentral gelegenen, schön und modern renovierten Hotel mit modernen Bädern, kann man sowohl gut shoppen, Tapas essen gehen als auch an einigen Golfplätzen mit unterscchiedlichem Preisniveausich sportlich betätigen. Wir fanden schön renovierte Zimmer und Bäder. Die Lage ist ruhig und nahe am Zentrum. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichlich sowohl warm als auch kalt zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Nur das Personal könnte etwas freundlicher sein.
