Heads up… Long read ahead… The hotel is nice, as it is. What sets H2o hotel apart from their competitors is their attentive staff. And i am not only talking about one specific staff, they were all attentive and quick to offer help. We booked the hotel to celebrate my eldest son’s birthday. While we were at the lobby i asked my son if he likes this year’s birthday celebration? Immediately after my son responded to me, one of the receptionist politely said excuse me and asked my son if its his birthday today. My Son said yes with a smile. The receptionist sung short part of the birthday song while holding a birthday banner. My son’s eyes brighten and genuinely thanked the receptionist. Another instance was when i woke in the middle of the night and decided to go out for a smoke. When i reached the lobby, i noticed that there’s a different receptionist on shift. He greeted me good evening with all smiles and asked if i need anything. So i said no and that i am just about to go outside to light a stick. He then said there’s a cigar room where i can smoke in peace without worrying about my safety especially it is very late already. The following morning, my other son wanted to have a cup of coffee but we already consumed the one that was provided in our room. So we went out to buy. Just like the first 2 instances, when we reached the lobby, a nice pretty lady waved hi at my son and asked if he needs anything. My son said, i want coffee. The lady pleasantly offered instant coffee and bottled water. My son said thank you but refusing because he said he needs more than just one coffee, he enumerated the names of his brothers, his yaya and myself. The lady said she can give him enough for all of us in exchange of my son’s sweet smile. My son was so happy and gave the lady a hug. That same day, my boys decided to go and try the pool. And because boys will be boys, my 2nd son got scratched on his arm from one of the plants. When we were on our way to our room, we stop

I booked this hotel room so that I have a place where I can rest while waiting for the Salamat PRRD event to start and after. Totally enjoyed my stay and wish I slept in for the night. The room is clean, the staff are friendly. My room is awesome as I can watch the shows for free! What a great staycation place! There is also a bar and a restaurant that serves Filipino food. You can also call for room service (I did!) and the food presentation was superb and the food is 5-stars, hot and tasty! I think the only negative that I can point out is the loud noises, running kids. Not the hotel’s fault, though.

A great place for some family fun.”
Great place to stay in view and walking distance of Ocean Park, you can hang out at the park with your family and return to your room for a break any time then return. We was so glad we did that. Makan Makan, highly recommend the food there and the staff was very nice. We had breakfast, dinner and drinks while looking over the water / sunset. Hotel/Room is and feels a bit run down except for the 3rd floor lounge area. Maybe it was the lighting. The rooms were clean and mattress felt OK. Shower hot and some mold stains on the tiles, I give that a 9/10 The park activities are mostly very small, closed or "coming soon". You can go thru all of the indoor activities in less than 3 hours and that's doing it casually. There's the Bird and Sea Lion show which we didn't attend due to we still practice social distancing. This is probably due to the recent COVID so it'll take a while to get back into the flow of things. All in all, we enjoyed our experiences and the kids had a blast. He wanted to go back and check out the "fishies" (that's what he calls them) but was denied entry as the pass only allows 1 entry. That's too bad and hope they change that policy one day. a Good 9.5/10 Experience.

Everything went well. I booked my sister and her husband with their 3 years old son in h2o hotel on 19 August 2022. Everything went well and perfect. You can never go wrong with booking Hotel H2O! This has been our third time. Although Makan Makan is not anymore what it used to be. It was awesome before. The food is still good though, pero the service and the food choices are way different than before.

VERY ACCOMODATING”
The room is very spacious and staff are all friendly. Very convenient for us since its very close to the locations we needed to go. The bfast buffet was great too. I only wish they would close their restaurants a little later. The facilities are dead by 7PM i think except for one by the bay that was crowded already since theres no other place to stay. Overall it was great.

We did enjoyed our whole stay! Specially the Aqua room. We only have one problem; the air condition was not that cold. There are times that it's so hot that we need to talk to the front desk and to my surprise, I'm not the only one who's talking at the staff about the aircon. But the rest of our stay was so great.

A Paradise for young children”
My son loved this hotel. We went here for business with a bonus of trip to the Ocean Park. We were able to take care of matters in Manila, and were able to give my son the time of his life going around the aquarium, and a bird and sea lion show. Definitely worth the price.

I’ve stayed at the hotel twice by now, am I still gonna come? Yes! Love the location, I always go to Binondo and MOA when I’min Manila and this hotel sits in between, so it’s a perfect location for me. The staff are always friendly. The room I stayed in the first time is a lot better than this but still love the view, comfy bed, hot and cold shower.

Room soundproofing needs to be improved as you can hear the people nextdoor and those passing by outside the door. Shower and toilet doors are frosted glass but they have roll down blinds for privacy. Would be better if TV is a smart TV or has screen cast for those who want to enjoy Netflix or other streaming shows. Rest of the facility is good and clean.

PRO: Concierge-service (arrival/departure-management, luggage delivery), part of Ocean Park, nice rooms, nice christmas cookies as welcome gift CON: rather expensive but appropriate for what you get, aircon in room kept malfunctioning, room maintenance not kept up (misaligned bathroom door, wardrobe light not turning off because door misaligned, corals of aqua room not cleaned, dead fish not removed), breakfast buffet spread minimalistic and very similar every day, frontdesk queue is not cleared fast enough (while some staff are available but have other roles, rather frustrating), birthday "cake" is 2 medium sized pieces of chocolate fudge on a plastic wrapped plate (rather disappointing, better to skip)
