Much better than expected ”

It’s located in a quiet place, next to restaurants, stores and Isawa Onsen train station. Good place to rest and soak in an onsen.

Would not recommend this hotel”

We booked a smoking room because of availability at the time of booking. We were suffocated in smoke in the long hallway leading to our room. Even the elevator was fuming in smoke. Very poor ventilation. Our room didn't smell as bad as the hallway. It was spacious but very outdated. Amenities for sure are in need of update. Bathroom size is standard which is ok but it is below Japanese standard in cleanliness. Grout lines along bath tub and vanities and bathroom door were soaked with mildew. Areas around hotel were dark and dead at night. Unlike other places in Japan, we didn't feel safe walking outside at night. We stayed at this hotel enroute our traveling plan to Mt Fuji. Would not recommend this area or hotel to others. The rest of our stay in Japan was wonderful.

立地の良さ”

近くにコンビニやレンタカー屋があるので電車で来ても動きやすいし、温泉も良い感じだったので、また利用したいと思う宿です。

お盆休み前、ギリギリでの予約となり、選択肢がない中、残り2部屋すべり込みで予約しました。 正直、期待ていませんでしたが、部屋は、質素ながら、眺めも良く、ご飯も美味しかったです。
