We booked late in high season, which is why the price was probably higher as usually. The room itself was good, but there was quite dominant smell, which didn’t disappear during our 5 day stay, the WiFi often did not work properly and the bedding box was covered in stains of unknown origin. The thing that disturbed us the most was that the staff never seemed happy about our presence. Nobody really greated and nobody really spoke English. The kitchen lady who prepared the breakfast (egg, noodles with ketchup, salad, miso) did not speak a word English and did not try to understand anything. We wanted to order a vegetarian breakfast (in basic Japanese) led her to leaving away meat and the ketchup noodles. One day later she had completely forgotten us again and served two carnivore plates. Communication just didn’t really work and we didn’t have a feeling of being welcome at the hotel.

Good location, only 5-8mins to downtown or ferry port, the room is clean and quite big when compare to normal standard room size in Japan. The room rate is cheap and high CP value.”

We checked in on around 21:45pm, we luckly arrived at the hotel before 22:00pm because the hotel is not provide twenty four hours service. The man who worked at the front desk could not speak English and he is very impolte to us, when we ask him to copy their wifi password, he throw the paper to us rudely. And the other ladies at the front desk who also could not speak simple Ehglish. We haven't book the hotel like this, we do not feel their respect. You could not eat the full breakfast, you only can eat the breakfast which is provided and prepared by the lady daily.

le Personnel qui se démène à l'accueil. Merci à l'équipe et à Google traduction :) Emplacement à coté du port très central Par contre petit déjeuner à revoir : salade de choux, petite saucisse, œuf, toast et il ne faut pas arriver trop tard.

4回目の利用になります。 離島ターミナルやバスターミナルへのアクセスが良く、レンタカーがなくても楽しめます。 近くにはレンタルバイク屋さんやレンタルサイクルのお店もあるので、1人旅なら必要十分な宿だと思います。 朝食のお弁当も美味しいと思います。

リゾートホテル2泊から日帰り離島に行った帰りの一泊だけ利用しました。チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらい、チェックアウト後にも預かっていただき助かりました。ユーグレナモールからも近く便利でした。朝食のお弁当も美味しかったです。
