Hotel Henry Morgan is an all inclusive resort located on West Bay Beach in Roatan, the largest Bay Island in Honduras. It features an outdoor swimming pool, a terrace and a fitness centre. The air-conditioned rooms feature cable TV, a desk and a closet as well as a safety deposit box. The bathroom is private and has a shower and hairdryer with free toiletries. Poor Customer service”
It was unpleasant from the start. first off, i asked for early check in, i even called to confirm. when i arrived i was told the room was not ready. not only that the guy at check in (no name tag) was very unpleasant , shouted at me and pointed to a sign that said check in at 2pm. i told him i know explained the situation, he said well i cant do nothing. The room was a bit scant with no amenities. the water dirty and the shower needs an upgrade. i will not recommend this place to anyone. Poor customer service .

This hotel needs a lot to be done. Decoration, accessibility to wi-fi in the rooms (now not possible) and free access (now you have to pay a surcharge), the food is 5 out of 10, The beach is very small, the rooms needs refurbishing....... The hangers in the closet are stuck on the bar, in case a customer leaves with it!!!!!! Listen, for an Italian owner...... It could be more well designed. I saw some Italian customers that were very mad at the place. We are used to such amassing, brand new places on ocean fronts, that I can say to the customers, try other places! I was there only 2 nights.
