The quote to stay was excellent for what it had to offer. My girlfriend & I got to the hotel around 9pm & there was a group & another couple also checking in at the same time. This was a major downside as there weren’t enough desk agents to attend to everyone timeously which should have been premeditated according to bookings & estimated times of arrivals as we were all international travellers checking in after long flights. There were also no night porters to assist with luggage if needed. The room itself was smaller than expected but comfy overall. Most of the space was allocated to the toilet, shower & ‘dressing room’ section which Seems to be a waste. The phone line was working so I had to go down to the lobby to eventually purchase some tea from the coffee shop there. Service wasn’t the greatest. Service received at breakfast together with the quality offerings was superb.

The location is good if you want something close to the airport, but the neighbourhood itself isn't great and then it's a 30 minutes metro ride to the city centre. However, rooms are cheap for what you get. The same Hyatt in the city centre would be 2x the price. There is a gym / pool / spa next to the hotel (not directly connected) and you get free access to it. Just need to go out of the hotel and walk 2 minutes. The cleaning lady failed twice to refill the complimentary coffee and shower gel. Not on par with the other Hyatt I stayed in in other countries, but still ok if you're aware of the caveats.

Exceptional”
We stayed at the Hotel Hesperia Barcelona Tower the night before our flight home as it was close to the airport. Hotel was excellent and staff were fantastic. We got a really good deal on a Superior Room and it was a great way to spend our last night in Spain. There is a big shopping mall close by and even though it was Sunday it was open so we had something to do to fill in the afternoon , and there is a "neighborhood" area just up the road that has a couple of small supermarkets, cafe/bakery and somewhere you can get a drink which were all also open.

If I will come back again to Barcelona, I will book into this hotel again. My husband and I and my other friends (3 couples) were also very happy and extremely satisfied with the hotel. Metro is very close to the hotel. Taxis are in front of the hotel. Free transfer from Airport to Hotel and Vice versa- free shuttle. Nice and clean hotel, far from the city center”
Everything is fabulous here in this hotel, very good value for money to stay here. However, there are two main shortcomings, first one is the distance to the city center. Mainly 30 min. But it can be overcomed I think. The second one is the wifi connection. Very unstable when I stayed there for 6 days. It takes a long time to login a lot of websites, or even cannot open them, including facebook. This is the only thing that I am not happy with the hotel. A 5 star hotel does not suoopose to have problems like this. Anyway, next time I go to Barcelona, I will probably stay here again, if they don't sell it out.

Good facilities, good breakfast but little expensive and metro near by that takes you to central Barcelona La ramblas. Room are of good standard. Staff are attentive and special thanks to Diego at reception for great help throughout the stay.

The hotel was looking nice not up to the standard pf Hyatt hotels the furniture was looking old . if u r looking for a good hotel with the same price near the city center you wouldn’t find it It is about 30 minutes to the center of Barcelona making it a bit difficult to return to the hotel to take a shower in the middle of the day

the hotel has seen better days... and it is off the main tourist sites of barcelona. but public transportation is easily accessible, so it was not a big worry for us... make certain that your room rate includes the use of the other facilities such as the pool and gym... sadly, our room booked through agoda was not... we incurred another 18 euros per day per person fee for the use of the pool and gym...

We were 4 couples booked in the hotel. We were all happy with the hotel. our Room is so big. Location of the hotel is so close to Metro. Taxis are only infront of the hotel. Very nice view where we were. My husband and I were so satisfied with the service of the hotel. another bonus is it is free transfer from Airport to the hotel and vice versa, as the hotel has a free shuttle to their customer.

I would stay at this hotel again. It is a luxury hotel with gourmet dining on the 2nd floor. The bed is comfortable, you can get a king which isn't so available in Europe. Full amenities.... five star hotel for a great price

Not a 5 star Property”
We stayed two night at this hotel where we thought we were checking in to 5* hotel. the view from outside or the lobby may indicate that this is a 5* property, but it falls way short of that. the Staff is not friendly and in few incident noticed the dishonesty of them by charging extra money or quoting different amounts for the same service and stay. location is very hard to get in. the charge you 10 euro per person at the check out by force, Specially when they know this amount is only for locals and not tourist who don't reside in the region/Province. No conditioner is provided....My wife had to drive more than 10 KM to buy one from a convenient store. When asked how come a 5* hotel does not provide conditioner as part of their amenity kit? we ere were rudely told this is a business hotel...I wonder if no Business woman has ever checked in to this hotel? On the positive side, the only thing we were excited about was indeed the breakfast and the staff working in the roof top restaurant during the breakfast hours. Please consider other hotels, you have lot more choices in the city and don't fall for a few dollars cheaper hotel room that this property offers......I wont be returning to this location.....

We had a nice stay for 1 night, the room is clean, large and good design. All the hotel facilities are extra and expensive, in particular we were surprised to pay for parking. Near subway station and airport.

Nice hotel in the middle of nowhere”
Nice modern hotel with quite luxurious rooms, it is located far away from the city center, but the underground station is only 10 minutes walk, we did not find any restaurant or shop in this area so we had to always take the metro to the city center
