Lovely hotel and friendly staff”

We stayed one night here, its right in front of Train station. Number of restaurants around. The staff are very friendly so welcoming and kind. The room was ultra clean and cozy. Highly recommend.

A very good hotel near to station”

location, cleaniness, friendly staff

I stayed in Hotel Hokke Club for couple of nights and enjoyed my time with comfortable, clean room and free wi-fi. The staff was really friendly and breakfast was great, diverse. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Across the street from train station. Good restaurants. Easy walking area.

The rooms are small, but extremely clean/nice, reasonable price, and they have a friendly staff. Had 2 washer/dryer units for guests. Very pretty ofuro bath area for ladies (did not see the mens'). If we are able to return to Niigata, would hope to book rooms there again.

The room is a bit small for a couple. Do not recommend couple that are large in size for the double bed. The services were excellent and the breakfast was very good with extra specialties based on the region. Definitely recommend this place.

They lost our new reservation from ago.com. The same problem occurred with near Japanese on 12 AUG check in. And we paid more money than booking prices on agoda website.
